Palmer Construction was contracted to do a full roof replacement for my home. We received several bids from multiple contractors. We chose Palmer Construction not only because their quality versus price was the most appropriate, but I was impressed that Gil Palmer, the owner, was the one who came to the site and got to know us as potential clients. That personal touch was what tipped the balance and made us choose Palmer Construction. One negative was the length of time between contracting for the project and having the work get started. While this does show credence to Palmer Construction being constantly busy - the sign of a good contractor with many projects - it was frustrating as the weather changed and we were concerned we would end up with our old roof for another winter. A nice touch was a monthly communication remembering that we were on the list and they were working as fast as they could on prior commitments. However, once the project actually started, I really appreciated the speed of the crew, the project was done within a few days of starting. They also were able to take care of problems not originally seen in the initial estimate, yet these additional items did not increase the original bid too much. Finally they were also considerate of keeping the property as clean as possible - we had new garden and lawn and they took extra care to not ruin it. We are very happy with our new roof and look forward to working with Palmer Construction on future projects.

The team did a wonderful job of replacing our roof. They did a thorough job of clean up & returned quickly for a small detail. They also helped tremendously with the insurance claim. Don't hesitate to hire them!

We would rely on, trust, and recommend only Palmer Construction for any roofing needs. Of five roofing companies that came to inspect our roof prior to replacement, ONLY Gil Palmer identified the wind damage and assisted with the insurance inspection and reimbursement. The office staff kept us informed and were extremely helpful in coordinating with our insurance company for complete and accurate information. The insurance company had underestimated the size and needs of the roof. Changes, which we asked for, were met fully and with moderate cost. We are very pleased with all aspects of our Palmer experience!

Palmer Construction did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I received 7 bids and Palmer was who I chose because they used Owen Corning and their bid was the best for that quality. Their crew was very hardworking and quick and they obviously enjoyed working together. It was fun to listen to their banter and laughter while they worked. Mckenzie did a great job keeping me informed about what was going on and what to expect. I highly recommend this family owned business if you need any work on your roof.

The people at Palmer Construction truly listened to my needs. They came out and did a complete inspection of my home. During their inspection they identified a bigger structural problem with my garage. So, we changed the statement of work and probably saved the foundation of my garage. I am very happy with the work done and my interactions with: Gil, Jenn and Mike. I will hire them next spring for additional work.

The process one goes through weeding through contractors and bids when trying to hire the right company to replace a roof is stressful. You just hope you have hired the right people, itâ s an expensive gamble. We struck gold with Palmer Construction. Gil and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. They have a hard working crew, who know how to keep a job site clean and organized. They are honest and ethical in their business practices and do beautiful work. Our new roof is a testament to their quality craftsmanship. We will go to them again for any other jobs we need done in the future.

As a first time Homeowner I have been burned by some local companies and have learned to get multiple quotes done. I did exactly that when it came time to get a new roof. I met with Palmer construction and honestly every step of the way they were nothing but professional and truly cared about me as a customer. While some of the other companies gave me a bid over the phone, The owner of Palmer himself was actually the one to come out to my property and get on my roof. Then his office staff contacted me via email and phone with all the quote information. They answered all my ridiculous questions, and took the time to help me with everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough and you cannot go wrong with hiring them for any job. Out of all the companies I had been my job, They were hands-down one of the most affordable, honest and professional companies!! 10/10 Highly recommended. Oh and the office staff is so sweet and amazing to work with. Thank you guys!

Palmer did an amazing job on our roof! They were timely, kind, and worked around our financial situation, without compromising the quality of our roof. The crew was respectful and answered all the questions I asked. The front desk was so kind, every time I called and needed clarification (Kenzie). Both the owners are amazing, have very high standards, and it shows. We will be hiring them again for our gutters!

Palmer Construction is a family-owned business. Pride of ownership shows! Gil and Jennifer are professional with their customers, they say what they will do, and they follow through with their word. Gil's team placed a vinyl fence in our mature perennial garden. They took down the rickety fence and installed new vinyl fencing among delicate flowers and growing foliage. They transformed the look of our backyard. It was a pleasure to work with Palmer Construction. EXCELLENT Job, Guys!

felt a little apprehensive to engage a construction company from 2000 miles away in Kentucky, but my wife's sister who lives in Spokane was in need of a new roof in a bad way. I contacted Palmer Construction and they made me feel at ease right away. They answered all my questions promptly, made me feel cared for and even sent me photos as the project progressed. Their work is very professional, the staff is very communicative and friendly and they were great to work with. By the time the project was completed I felt like I had made some new friends.
