I was charged $600 to replace one outdoor water spout. The crew was here less than 30 minutes

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more! Javonte and Steve did water heater replacement. On time, very professional and courteous. Explained everything, neat, left nothing out of place and finished in less time than I thought. Price was fair and considerably less than other estimates I had obtained. Less than two weeks later, had them out again for a kitchen sink issue which turned turned out to be easily remedied in about 5 minutes. Same two, Javonte and Steve, and they refused to charge me. This is an example of great service and integrity and is the kind of business so needed in our community and world! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any farther plumbing needs.

If you are looking for a professional service look no further. They were quick to respond to my broken and leaking water heater and replace it the next day. Gave helpful advice on dealing with the water damage and kept me informed as necessary as they worked on what to expect for the next steps to correct the damage. Can't say too much about how good they are and I am not one to post this lightly.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the team brought to my project. They quickly isolated the problem to access the outdoor faucet fittings that were inaccessible inside the home. With the minimal intrusion sheetrock, they repaired and replaced the faulty faucet stem. Great job!

Charged too much for secondary service

They responded to my request for repair of a hot water line valve. The set up an appointment for the following day and came on time. They were friendly. Chase showed me his plumber's license and said they could make the repair on the spot. We then talked about two methods of sealing the leak. He showed me a third method that seemed to be better than using a clamp or a sharkbite connector. I chose to use him even though I had lower bids from other companies. It was his method of fixing the leak, that convinced me to pay more for his services than the others.

They were very courteous and timely. Chase seemed very knowledgeable.
