Two repair guys were here to fix our slow, clogged bath tub drain. Both of the guys were friendly, explained details of what needed to be done. Satisfied customer and definitely will call them again if plumbing problem arises.

Actually enjoyed meeting the gentleman. Very personable, professional, and efficient. The work was done surprisingly quickly and well, cost was reasonable, and warrant provided.

The two guys that came out, were. very nice, and very helpful when I had questions. They took the time to explain things. Very happy with them.

As calls are answered thru the owners cell, may need to remind of visits when calls not documented.

The job ended up being bigger than originally anticipated, but they walked me through the work needing to be done and gave me options on how to address each item. I had just purchased the house, and plan on staying a long time, so it was important to get it done right. These guys went above and beyond - I would definitely hire them the next time I have plumbing issues!

They are professional and will find and fix the problem correctly the first time.

I have had a water issue in my bathroom for sometime but didn't know who to call. Finally I was online and found Home Advisor. I received a call from Go 2 Go Plumbing within 5 minutes of entering my information, I still haven't heard from the 2 other that were supposed to call. Chris sent Chase and Dan out within an hour of talking to me. Turns out it the bathroom issue was really a hot water heater problem. It is 1PM the day after I sent the request to Home Advisor (about 25 hours later) and my new hot water heater is already installed and Dan and Chase are on the way to another job. The bathroom is still an issue but they knew a company that could address my problem. Chase made a call and had them come out yesterday afternoon to survey my situation. They took my insurance information and will be submitting my claim and will handle repairs and insurance. I could not be happier with Good 2 Go Plumbing, they were able identify the problem quickly, fixed the plumbing issues and got a reliable company to handle the bathroom issue, which was not a plumbing issue. They were professional, explaining what needed to be done and why, showing me the valve they had to replace under the house. They made me feel comfortable with a situation of which I had been very dubious and is now in the process of being fully addressed. I now KNOW who to call when I have a plumbing issue.

This was one of those BIG problems that a homeowner sometimes has to confront that insurance doesn't cover. After attempting to handle the problem myself, I realized it was WAY over my head and needed an HONEST professional with special equipment so turned to home advisor. Chris from GoodToGo plumbing IS that person. You can shop around prices and may well find someone cheaper, but what you get for results are a crap shoot. You WILL however get a bill. Chris will explain what's wrong...what it will cost you before he begins. In my case the news got worse as he got further into it, but at the end of the day did what was necessary to complete the task in a timely fashion resulting in my drain properly fixed to the city sewer system for the first time since the home was built.

Chris responded to my inquiry very quickly, and was able to come out the following day. He spent the entire day fixing the plumbing issues we had. He was very personable, and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but I also didn't expect the problem to be as bad as it was, or take as long to resolve.

CHRIS WAS AB LE TO COME OUT WITHIN HOURS OF CONTACTING HIM. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, SHOWED US THE OLD TRAP AND WHY IT WAS LEAKING WATER. EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT AND I AM ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY ONCE AGAIN. GREAT SERVICE. NOT A JERK. LOL

When you need a plumber who do you call when you don't have one? i lucked out finding Chris at Good 2 go Plumbing. I saw 5* reviews so entered my problem. Chris called me shortly and I explained my problem. After talking to him I scensed he is a good guy. Explaining what it could be. Came out & worked for 4 hours checking the sewer line and using the camera to show where the problem was. Came out a couple days later to do the work. Brought his apprentise who was also is tops. With the two of them they were able to finish the big job by 3:30. I was in heaven. I could flush the toilet, I could wash clothes. Everything was back to normal.I can't say enough good about Chris & his apprentise Chase. They were prompt, professional, very personal, & caring. Having such nice caring experienced guys do the work helped getting thru this ordeal.Thanks a bunch Chris & Chase. I recommend you to everyboday & wish you the best.

Chris had his work cut out for him. He worked long hard hours to get the job done, taking the time to do the job right. Very professional and pleasant. I appreciated that he explained what needed to be done and why.

Chris came out and it took 2 days of his time. He couldn't fix the problem and "undercharged" me. He felt bad for not being able to find a solution . Chris was honest and I'd call him again in second. Thank you Chris for the unexpected discount!!!
