I got a call immediately from Dan when I entered in the information about my plumbing needs, and an appointment within 24 hours. Steve and Caleb were very professional and friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. This was the first time I needed a plumber and they delivered and then-some! They replaced the valve to my main water pipe, replaced a toilet, wax ring, and the water valve to the toilet in addition to checking all my faucets and cleaning my tub. They offered great advise and I trusted their opinions. In the future I will definitely call them and would recommend them to anyone.

The experience was good overall. They did good work. The only thing I didn't like was the fact Dan and Chase took my expansion tank off and refused to replace it when I asked. Dan was ready to abort the job and cancel everything, leaving the house and going to the truck. All because I asked about the code and the fact I wanted expansion tank put back on water heater! He wrote it would cost $80 to return to put it on. Chris at the office was great!

Everything from first talking to Chris and then having Chase and Dan come out and give me estimates on the job was a great experience. They were very sociable and kind. They did some things above and beyond what they needed to do. All the workers were very nice. I am very confident in them and will certainly look to Good2Go plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs:)

Caleb and Steve were just great. They explained costs, and work that needed to be done. They were so nice and made me feel comfortable in the decisions I had to make. They replaced my hot water heater and spent a lot of time discussing other plumbing issues that I had in my older home. Needless to say, I will call them back and also plan on passing on their name to neighbors.

Caleb and Steve were great. They tried the easy way first but drain was way to clogged and needed to replace the pipe. Did a great job and cleaned up everything very well. Would highly recommend them.

At 1:30 this afternoon I discovered I had no hot water. It's now 5:30 and Chase and Dan have already responded and replaced the 20+ year old water tank with a beautiful new unit. I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism exhibited by these gentlemen, or by the company owner, Chris, who called me back before I was even finished leaving my initial "HELP" message! Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if ever I need plumbing work.

They were extremely helpful, honest and fair. The arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The accommodated me on a tight schedule because I had a home inspection the next day on my property.
