Chase and Dan were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about how to repair the leak in my bathtub. They were clear in stating what they would do and presented the estimate before beginning the work. They worked efficiently and finished the job within two hours. After they finished they explained what they had done. They did a quality job. My only disappointment is that they do not do drywall as they had to cut into my closet wall to access the leaking pipes. However, Chase recommended someone who could do this and even called him for me to come give me an estimate. I was also pleased that their work has a one year warranty. These were great guys who did top notch work and I would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

What an outstanding company. Quick response to my initial inquiry, came and assessed a outside faucet that I thought was not working right and it was a safety system. Excellent explanation. I was concerned my dishwasher had water in the bottom after use, they verified that it was draining correctly. Willingly answered questions about water filters for my frig. There was no charge as it was just an assessment and no required work. Truly respectful and did not try to take advantage that I am a senior citizen who is not knowledgeable in repairs. Highly recommend them. Five stars is not high enougjh. Recommended? Yes

They came and unclogged my drain and fixed our toilet. They appeared very professional and tried to justify the expense of doing the work. Over 900 to unclog our drain and repair our seal on the toilet. However, I have no problems supporting a good shop that has to deal with a bunch nasty stuff all day. would recommend!

The crew was at my house only an hour after I used the app for an emergency repair. They finished quickly and while I wasn't able to get different quotes the price seemed fair. I would call them again.

I had a plumbing emergency, Chase & his team arrived promptly and assessed the issue quickly. He gave me several options for remediation & explained the reasons for choosing each of the options. If I have future plumbing issues I would not hesitate to call them back.

The crew was super friendly and very professional. It was obvious that their knowledge of pipes and plumbing was expert level. While I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and installation of my garbage disposal, the actual charge was double any other quote I was given by other professionals. However, I gladly paid it since they were able to do the work on the spot and I didn't want to wait almost a week to get this done. Thanks!

For Gods sakes people...avoid this guy! I agreed to have 2 toilets instaled for $1200...I was desperate and needed service ASAP or we would lose caregiver services...Big Mistake on my part and I realized it too late...but the reason I am writing is because I called him back and requested a quote to replace a rubber gasket on bathtub faucet thats dripping and considering I gave you $1200 you could give me a break....Guess what he'll do for me?...for a 97 cent rubber gasket...$210.00...WTF ? TWO HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS for a 97 cent gasket after I paid you $1200 for at the most 2 1/2 hrs work....PEOPLE...RUN AWAY from this guy...He says "Gotta keep the doors open Man" Disgusting ! Appalling... bad, dreadful, awful, terrible, frightful, atrocious, disgraceful, deplorable...Don't be stupid like I was...Keep looking and God be with us all ! Ron Sanford

The Good 2 Go Plumbing pros explained the work that needed to be done and kept me apprised of the work schedule. They treated my home with respect and were very courteous. Their work is meticulous. They take pride in their work and they are knowledgeable. They are truly plumbing professionals. They provided me a quote of the work to be done and the actually billing was on target.
