Actually told me there was no need to spend a couple of thousand dollars to scope the pipes, but gave us info that will fix the problem at no cost. They are my new plumbers!!!

We had a bathroom leak and they came out and fixed it , all it needed was adjusting. They only charged us for the service call. Also checked the the hot water heater and found a leak in the pipes. Explains our running out of hot water lately.

Chase was professional and informative - he and Phil did good work and were fast and clean.

This project started out as a clogged drain issue, but turned into much more. I had cracked pipes and a water leak. Not only did they fix the initial problem, but went beyond and fixed everything and then some. My bathtub was resealed and my toilet internal parts replaced at no charge. To avoid issues in the future they even installed a PSI reducer. I can't recommend this company any higher. They were not only professional, but timely, polite and educational.

Very prompt response to a leaky water heater. Provide a quote for replacing, were able to replace the same day. Provided great information on maintaining the new water heater as well. Customer service was outstanding.

The Team quickly found what needed to be done to stop the water leak from doing further damage to my carpet, then proceeded stop the leak, replace the damaged piping and did all the work promptly, professionally, and efficiently. I'd gladly recommend them for plumbing needs.

I did not know how to secure two rubber washers inside my fawcet handles to stop the drip. I called their company. I had everything taken apart. The guys walked in, screwed in a metal spring into the rubber, and placed them into the proper place. I didn't know the springs had to be screwed into the rubber washers instead of placed one on top of the other. It took them eight minutes. They handed me my tools back and a bill for $109.90 for their eight minutes of work. I get the labor thing, but 8 minutes for $109.90. Why not a certificate for $50 good for return work. They aren't looking for customers. They are looking for victims.

Chase and Blaine were awesome from the minute they stepped in the door and took a look at the issue at hand. They could have charged me a ton of money just for a demolition of a wall to find a plumbing issue but instead they got a renovation company out here as soon as possible. They let me know how the process would work with my insurance company and they were totally understanding of my financial situation. Great people, fast and great work. As a first time home-owner, it’s been rough but they gave me great advice as well to keep all my plumbing under control to prevent any more issues.

Good 2 Go Plumbing did an excellent job replacing an outdoor faucet as well as replacing the back flow ball valve for my sprinkler system. I now feel confident that the plumbing will turn on and off without a hitch! They were very friendly. In fact, I had noticed the leaky outdoor faucet just a few days before leaving on an extended trip and they came out immediately (at no charge to me) and looked at it. They assured me that nothing bad will happen while I was away and that I could call them back upon my return to discuss repairs. I was relieved and impressed at the same time. I would recommend them. As for the longevity of the workmanship I can not say yet, as it is winter and I haven't had to really use the faucets and back flow valve as yet.
