Very friendly, customer-focused and forthcoming. Excellent responsiveness and availability. They called within a minute of submitting my request on HomeAdvisor and arrived within 1 hour of my initial call. Provided consistent communication and information throughout the entire process. Offered to return the following day to fix a plumbing issue they discovered that was unrelated from the original call for a leaking pipe. They contacted a water damage restoration service company on my behalf and got them in contact with me the same day. I will use them again for future plumbing work.

They were on time, did good work, explained the job and the cost thoroughly.

While the work was well done the cost was far more than we thought was fair.

Timely response and professional. Offered us an alternative to try first which saved us the more costly repair if it works. Hopefully it works so far so good. Would use again if the need arises.

Prompt, personable and did a great job. Chris and Chase showed up on time and replaced my water heater, with numerous updates, in record time. Both were experienced and professional and I highly recommend Good 2 Go.

They originally came on Friday. When they realized the old water heater (from 1991!) couldn't be fixed, they came back on Saturday to install a new tankless heater. They worked over 8 hours to make sure everything was done correctly and the new water heater was properly functioning before they left.

Expensive.

Chase and Phil were so very quick to get out and respond to my leaking pipe issue. Only and hour and a half after my first contact with the office. That is amazing! They were both very pleasant to work with and treated me and my home with respect. They were very considerate not to leave any mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone.
