They performed the work as proposed in a timely manner.

This was a HUGE job. We had two very large Douglas Fir trees removed. Job took two full days to remove the trees and another half day to grind the stumps. Bear Creek arrived on time. They were unexpected when they came to do the stumps as we expected them on Saturday; but by Wednesday the job was completely done. Their price included removing the trees, all of the wood, and grinding the stumps. We also had the remaining trees limbed up; one to prevent problems with electrical and telephone wires. They were very careful and considerate of the wires and the cars parked on the road. Very efficient and friendly crew and Ray who gave us the estimate was great to work with.

A 30 yr. old cypress was removed without damage to surrounding area. Clean up was excellent. Another cypress had lower branches removed. The estimator and work crew were professional and friendly. When the work was completed I was asked to inspect the site for final approval. Great company.

They were very polite, worked right along- did exactly what we asked of them with no questions , did not take any breaks till the job was done. They all knew what their job was and did it professionally. I would recommend and hire them again if needed. Ray was johnny on the spot for the estimate and amount of the service.

They came and did the work they were hired to do. They were done in a timely fashion. Our only unhappiness was that we had told them that the chips had to be removed since they would cause splinters. The tree stumps were in a preschool playground. Unfortunately there were still several buckets full of their chips left which we have to remove.

We had them remove a 50-year-old Douglas fir in the midst of a very nice garden. They removed it carefully and professionally without damage to any surrounding vegetation. Excellent people and excellent service.

Great job. Well worth the money. Even put up with our neighbor giving him a hard time about not damaging the fence. :) He did not damage anything and carted away all the stuff.

The workers did a great job removing the trees. Unhappy with very large impact holes in lawn, they (Ray) won't fill. We expected the wood to be hauled away along with the brush as the bid stated, apparently haul wood meant from the backyard to the street. Then stating they would put an ad on Craigslist to get rid of the wood. We had no idea who or when someone would be in our yard. Ray (owner) would tell us that someone would be there to move the wood and then we would get a no show. So we had to have the wood removed $$$. Received no discounts for the wood removal and we had to clean up the back, front yard and drive way.We still have to truck in dirt to fix the large holes in the lawn $$$. Over all guys work very hard, and you need to be very clear with Ray as to what the expectations are.

On time ,did what was asked and more,for the same price, good clean-up.
