Jon (his team) is a real professional in every way. On time, provides good communication, good customer service and on budget. I had a very messy crawl space needing insulation and Jon went over with me what needed to be done and finished the job on time and on budget. I appreciate his professional workmanship and being very clean, too.

Jon at Square 1 Venture Group LLC. is extremely knowledgeable, works quickly and carefully, is thoroughly professional. I appreciated the bid process. Instead of handing me a pen to sign up on the spot he suggested I get other bids before deciding. I did. Jon's bid was competitive in price with a bid I got from another well known insulation contractor specializing in crawl spaces, but in my view the materials and installation methods were superior. They arrived on schedule early in the morning. As they pulled out the old stuff they checked the entire area for any issues that needed fixing (happily in my case there were none). Dry, no entry points for rodents, no dry rot. Then the new: unfaced fiberglass went up into the floor joists, faced insulation went on the cripple walls, stairway area, and wall transition to slab floor. I especially like the material they used for duct wrapping which combined a tough white plastic exterior, fiberglass insulative layer, and a reflective layer. They sealed all duct air leaks before cutting /wrapping /taping the new stuff on. The result was a clean, thoroughly insulated crawlspace which I'd almost describe as "attractive" (though probably a bit short on headroom for entertainment gatherings). They then cleaned up every trace of debris, even leaving the driveway area leading to their truck cleaner than when they had arrived.

He has done a number of projects for us, I priced him out against other companies and he was the best priced. He is a real straight shooter and I was very pleased with his work.

We had originally had him come to do insulation and discovered some structural issues, he was the only one that noticed out of 3 other professionals that came to look at and bid our insulation project. He was diligent in his work and took pictures to show us the crawl space and the damage he was talking about. I would highly recommend him, we were very impressed with his level of professionalism.

I was putting a house on the market and needed someone to do work in my crawlspace. I called around and got several bids. Jon was by far the easiest to work with, price was fair, the work was excellent, and the best part is Jon really communicates well. The job site was a couple hours away from where I live, and we did everything by phone, txt, and e-mail. He even would picture message updates which was convenient. I could not be happier with the work that Square 1 completed on my new cabin. Jon came out the day after I spoke to him for a comprehensive quote for my job and supplied an extremely detailed estimate within 24 hours. Once I decided to schedule the work he was able to confirm the installation in less than one week. 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation time Jon called to confirm the exact start time, Jon and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the entire job in one day. The work they performed was flawless, everything right down to the cleanup was amazing, the building was actually cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. I would not hesitate to hire Square 1 again and will most certainly recommend them to any of my friends/family for any projects.

Joh did excellent work and when he used subs he provided us with a copy of their business license, L&I registration and their bond. He also cleared out crawl space and replaced the insulation and sheeting. He is very meticulous and communicates often during the project with suggestions and status of the project. We would hire him again.

I hired Jon to clean out and reinsulate a crawl space of a home I was remodeling to sell. His bid was much more reasonable than several other bids I had received and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased with Square 1 Venture Group I hired them to help out with some additional projects on the remodel and couldn't have been happier with the end result.

Jon does an exception job. The above categories do not allow me to list both inside and exterior painting. He is very careful to explain options and why certain paint would work better than others. I have had him do work at my CPA office in Kent as well. I have recommended him to clients and they have been very well pleased as I and my wife have been. If I have another project I will call him first.

On time professional, easy to communicate with, gave me pictures of before and after so we knew what we purchased (crawl space cleaning and insulation.) Jon the owner/contractor was on site working. Overall, this was a very good experience.
