They were good, they did a really good job, and they car is way better after they are done.

I needed new run flat tires for my 2006 BMW 330i, and performance run-flats are a) expensive and b) hard to find. Ultimately, I found the best deal was to buy the proper OEM tires from tirerack.com, and then use one of their local installers to get them installed on my vehicle. Tru-Line is a TireRack and quot;Price Pledge Plusand quot; recommended installer, and after reviewing a few of the recommended local options, I decided to try them based on their equipment (they have a RoadForce balancer), competitive cost/straightforward pricing, and other positive customer reviews. TireRack shipped the tires directly to Tru-Line, and I received a call once they arrived to schedule an installation date. I brought my car in, and they set to work pulling the old tires off and mounting the new ones. The tech working on it was quite professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process of doing the RoadForce balance, showing me how the machine works and explaining the results. He took care of my rims while using the equipment, and even tried to clean up the brake dust on the inside at my request. The final pricing was consistent with my expectations (the main variance was in the amount of weight used to balance each tire, which could not be predicted in advance, but that was really only a couple of dollars difference), and I was quite happy with the work. I'd definitely use them again next time I purchase tires online.

This review is for their Bellevue location, which doesn't seem to have an entry here. However, I don't think I can say enough good things about these folks and I want to make sure I give them a review. I had just switched from winter tires to summer tires on my sports car and was in bad need of an alignment. A friend (and current customer of theirs) recommended Tru-Line Bellevue to me for getting a performance alignment done. I was happy to find that these folks will not only do the alignment but they will dial it in for your weight, if you have passengers with you regularly, and the type of driving you do. 60 minutes after arriving they had me done and out the door. My car, even with somewhat worn tires, drives like it's on rails now. Best money I've spent on my car recently and I will most certainly be visiting them again when I get new tires

I typically have Tru-Line in Bellevue install and balance tires. They have my highest recommendation as they can professionally install and balance wheels on higher performance cars. They perform extensive, detailed balancing and provide written data sheets as evidence of the work performed. Good to work with, quality assured.

Tru-line provided excellent service on our Volvo V70XC. They are thorough, honest and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to automobile alignment. A full diagnostic is printed out and explained to you before any work is started. If or when there is a problem they take full responsibility for correcting the problem at no charge to you--no questions, no hassle. In our particular case, we had the alignment done after replacing all 4 tires. 8 months later, on a trip to Montana, I noticed the tread on the two front tires were warn unevenly compared to the back two tires which still look new. I called Tru-line from Montana and explained the situation and my concern. They told me to bring the car in as soon as we returned from our trip so that they could take a look at the car. Immediately upon returning, I took the car in and waited while they assessed the problem. 30 minutes later they told me that indeed the front alignment was not done as it should have been and that's caused the uneven wear on the front tires. They ordered new tires and installed them without question or charge. I can't say enough about the integrity of Tru-line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
