Joel and his partner were on time and very kind. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they were doing. They checked the dryer vent and found a huge fire safety hazard, as the vent was not circulating through the mangled tubing. They were able to fix that on site. They made sure to wear protective covers over their feet and were very professional and they did a FANTASTIC job! Our new home smells so amazing now. We will definitely be using them again! Dryer Vents - Cleaned: Very good...competent, professional, and our service tech was a good teacher as he described each phase of the project both before and after :-) I will be hiring them again for this project and others like it (when it's time to clean my air duct system)
