Excellent! Tim is very patient, and very knowledgable about all aspects Apple plus more technical stuff. He has many resources to draw from to help with business and personal tech issues. He communicates clearly and you don't feel like an idiot when he explains things to you. Before he leaves he goes through everything to make sure that he covered all the things you wanted to cover and to make sure you feel comfortable with what you learned.

Previously had another provider set up a complicated wireless network in my house. I then bought a few Mac computer and hooked them up-they worked ok for awhile. Then I bought a time capsule to do my back up-it worked for awhile then things stopped working well. Call original company back- who replaced my routers-but nothing got better Finally call Apple Care who put me onto Tim. He made two 2 hr visits to my house-first visit to try and diagnose the issues-2nd visit to fix the issue He was able to use the time capsule/Airport extenders that I had already bought-things have NEVER work so well-loving my computers again. He even helped me sell my 'old'(really new)routers on Craig's List for me. What a find-what a pleasure to meet someone who really knows their stuff-and cares about the quality of the work they do. I will definitely use Tim again if needed and highly recommend other do the same

Very well! He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, prompt and fair in re: charging for his time. When teaching computer skills, he is patient and never condescending.
