Description of Work: Rossoe helped me limp along my old gas furnace as long as we could, but finally came the day it was kaput. I looked at other companies for comparison, but found that Rossoe was competitive in price and I already knew that they were a great company to work with, so I went with them. The installation team was friendly and efficient and I couldn't be happier with my new furnace.

Description of Work: Great overall except for two serious issues: |1. the cost of the part replaced turned out to be more than double what I could have purchased it for on Amazon.com |2. Rossoe sent me an additional invoice (apparently due to an system accounting error) that took me two phone calls to clear up.

Description of Work: I called because when I turned my furnace on the fire alarm went off. I scheduled a day off work to deal with it. The service provider came out and told me that they don't fix this because it is "clogged up." Why didn't the company tell me that they don't really fix furnace problems in the first place. And they want to charge me for the service call. And I now have to schedule yet another day off work.
