They are good. We've used them for years.

The install went very well. I am happy. I now have heat in all rooms which I hadn't had for 20 yrs. The old registers were opened and are working. I would use Reed Wright again. I highly recommend them.

He knew right what to do. I've had trouble finding a heating company that deals with this kind of old, gas burner with radiators. He was very knowledgable and pumped a few more years of life into the system, and gently told me that it should be replaced. Office staff was good, they showed up on time and as planned.

No problems. The furnace was malfunctioning. He knew his business, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and fixed it. In addition, they made time to fit our job into their already full schedule and responded the day I called them to do the repair.

The guys are great to work with and really understand old home heating. My 100 year old home still had the original boiler which worked fine but was energy inefficient. At the time I wanted to replace water heater with solar hot water so it made sense to replace the boiler as a new model could create indirect hot water when sun could not supply all water. I spoke to two contractors one from Angies List and Reed Wright would my home inspector recommended. Both listened to my requirements which included in addition to boiler hot water, replacement of my living room radiator with a space saving baseboard, and a way of adjusting the upstairs heat. Both recommended the same approach so I didn't feel the need to get a third opinion. Reed Wright's pricing was more competetive and they are also in my neighborhood so I chose Reed Wright. A new boiler is a lot of work especially the removal of the old stuff. Everyone at Reed Wright is knowledgeable and professional. After two winters, I am thrilled with my new boiler and the rest of the new items.

We called early Monday morning and the fellow arrived in less than two hours. We had been without our main heat overnight. He quickly checked everything and identified two problems. He replaced a leaking safety relief valve, flushed the system, checking the controls. He cleaned the inducer fan. Then he checked the radiators in the house for air/circulation. He had to replace the burners. We had had this done less than 3 years ago. It turns out that leaves were getting sucked into the burners from under the door to the pumphouse. We are fixing that to prevent a re-occurance. They signed us up for routine checkup. Spending money was tough, but he really did a meticulous job of diagnosing the problem, finding the causes and suggesting how to prevent a future occurance. The communication was as good as the repair itself. We'd highly recommend Reed Wright.

After meeting with 2 other Contractors to get estimates repair a zone valve on my gas fired hot water radiant heat system, I called Reed Wright, who knows what they are doing, to "get the job done". My furnace works hard with over 3000 square feet to heat and 4 different zones that go to different apartments. One of 4 zone valves usually goes out each year and it's a simple repair, whereby you don't have to drain the system. Since I always like to have a backup to Reed, I called 2 other companies, who had a bit of trouble identifying the problem and once identified, thought that they had to drain the system to do the repairs. Unfortunately, many heating contractors have never worked on the really old radiator systems. Reed Wright was the only one that knew that thermostats can be place on each radiator to conserve energy. The contractor was prompt, friendly, a good listener and comfortable to be around, which is very important, since we have women tenants.

The technician was professional and answered all my questions patiently. The dispatcher was also friendly and courteous.

This is the same company and person who had done a great job several years ago [after 2 others failed to fix a problem]. He was very thorough and checked out everything, not just the obvious problem. He told us that reducing dampness in pump house will help reduce corrosion of burners and having an annual checkup would be wise. We had to wait a week or so to get the bill, which was a little painful, but I think fair for the service. I was surprised when calling to pay the bill that they don't accept credit cards. It would have been good to know that upfront. Other than that, we'll definitely use them again.

Many companies didn't even want to touch an older conversion burner. Reed Wright sent out a service person who understood the system and fixed it.

Came on Sunday, but charged $250/hour to do it. Worker came out and was able to get it working, but went out again next day. Came out again free of charge and fixed again. Appeared to be wiring problem. Workers very pleasant and professional.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN CALLED FOR HELP WHEN HE WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEY MADE RECOMMENDATIONS BUT DID NOT PUSH FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES.

EXCELLENT WORK, VERY THOROUGH AND RELIABLE. SHOWED UP TO APPOINTMENT ON SCHEDULE AND CLEANED UP AFTER WORKING ON PROJECT. CLEANING AND CHECK UP TOOK A LITTLE MORE TIME (3 HOURS), THAN OWNER ANTICIPATED, BUT OVERALL EXCELLENT JOB. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OLD CONVERTED HEATING SYSTEMS.
