Hired them for a short move. They got all upset when I asked them to pull into the driveway another way. Started screaming at that they did not like my attitude. Then left. No amount of begging or pleading would change their minds. Neighbors and a painting crew next door saw the whole thing. They could not believe how rude and unprofessional they were.

The Puget Sound Moving, Inc. was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with any of our moves. My initial contact with Jamie was great as she made everything incredibly easy to go through. Isaiah, the team lead, was incredibly professional and clear about the job and his team was kind and respectful. They were extremely efficient, careful and so fast. There wasn't a single bit of damage to the home we moved out of, the home we moved into, or any of our items. We have a large family and their extraordinary work effort was inspiring to see. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing movers!

The movers were careful, thoughtful, and professional. They worked to protect our belongings and the house itself. They were an efficient crew that did not sacrifice quality with their speed. So easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I had more than one truckload to move and they have a rule which limits them to one trip. So now I'm left with more stuff to move on my own.

Excellent Service Very Expensive

Josh was extremely helpful in setting the move up! Everything went smoothly, and costs were fully disclosed. No surprises.

This was a difficult move of a single item, a 390lb chest freezer, from the basement up a narrow, twisting stairway to the street. 4 workers accomplished this move in about one hour with little or no damage to the walls. I was very pleased with their work. It was not a cheap move, but I only had to do it once.

They were very good and professional. I rated the value for the money as average as it ended up costing more than we anticipated for a fairly small move. They send 3 people and probably only needed wo.

My original mover did not show up. Had to scramble. HomeAdvisor went the extra mile as did Puget Sound Movers. Even though the online schedule through HomeAdvisor showed no availability, I called. The operator heard that my mover didn't show up and I needed help. He put through the call to Puget Sound Movers and they called me!. The price was fair and the service great. Every convenience that I could need was itemized and delivered. They showed up on time and worked hard to get everything done. I am happy to recommend Puget Sound Movers and will use them again.

On time, fast and friendly movers.

I appreciated the transparency and communication pre-move. Once onsite we realized that there was a quoting miscommunication between PSM and the contractors that arrived onsite but they honored our original commitment without issue. The movers were 98% diligent and careful. Only a couple of nicks that could have been avoided.

Kelton was very responsive and answered all of my questions through emails and calls. Three movers and a large truck showed up on time and were quick and nice. They didn’t have enough boxes, which is strange because I did use the inventory app to show what needed to be packed. I had to go to Lowe’s to buy more boxes. They asked questions when they needed to know where something was supposed to go. We had to jump their truck because the battery was dead, but other than that, PS Moving did a fine job.

Great comunacation

Puget Sound Moving was GREAT! I had a quick turn around and they were able to meet my needs. David was friendly and helpful and the movers were thorough, courteous and diligent. I will happily hire them again the next time I move.

Please do not use them, the quote was for more hours then it should have taken. 6 hrs and when they showed up they wanted more money from 990.0 to 1000.00 and more hours 9 hrs, they where slow and did not want to move faster... to make the same move two College aged movers made this move in "Everything Moved" in 4 hours and we feed them ..... I'm so disgusted by the professionalism of the movers that I would not recommend this company again.... we do understand and speak different languages and because the couple there are older they did not think they understand them when the spoke of this move.... NOT COOL.

Movers were on time. Took care to wrap everything so nothing would get damaged. Were willing to take things apart if need be to make larger items fit into smaller rooms.

A great moving experience! I have moved over 50 times in my life, and did it all myself and/or with friends. This is the first moving company I have ever hired to move for me. The three lads that showed with the oversized truck on moving day arrived early, and jumped right into the work. Very nice and pleasant guys. Great attitude, no complaining! Very careful and, if anything, over protective of our delicate electronics and other fragile items. Hard working!!! Highly Recommended!!!! Thanks guys!!!

They were very careful with quality furniture that I cannot replace. They also were fast, worked very hard, and were noticeably polite! Used good pads, wraps and dollies to move items.

They were very professional took extra care with my grandfather clock, polite and courteous, they got to our new home before I did!
