I bought a big deal for this service. They charged me more because I had them haul a lot of dirt so they charged me for hauling.

The lead worker complained about moving the dirt. I told him that his supervisor inquired about the work to be done, and I told him about moving the dirt. The worker still complained that it was heavy work and he wasn't informed by his boss.

Pros: Price, time (it was less than 6 hours), workmanship on the patio Cons: scheduling; tile I ordered was not in stock as they purchased things the morning the installation was to occur; All in all, the patio is a very nice addition to the backyard. I am glad I did it.

The workers was very responsive and followed my directions. They were hardworking, quick, and the yard looked great.

The guys came in and worked hard and stayed late. The new sod has been turning brown, but I have a feeling it's more to do with the lack of rain we've had. Hopefully we can get it to bounce back.

they are prompt and efficient they weeded, trimmed plants as needed, powerwashed the concrete areas, added mulch to the beds, added crushed rock to the parking area in front, used round-up and preen where appropriate, and repaired the drip irrigation system which had a small hole in one of the lines. they are now coming by bi-weekly to do whatever maintenance is needed to keep the landscaping up to date.

No call - No show. I left work early so that I would have plenty of commute time to make the appointment. He did not show or call.

They did a great job. They arrived 5 minutes early and worked hard the entire time. They asked me to review their work and asked if there was anything that they'd missed. They did a great job.

The workers showed up nice and early and worked consistently all day. There was some confusion about the laurel trimming at the end of the day, but when I emailed the owner, Carlos, about it, he sent some workers out promptly and fixed the area for me. I was very impressed by the overall work that they did and appreciated the prompt response to my concern.

They did a GREAT job! My yard was a mess and I didn't know if they could finish it all in a day--but they did, and it looks great!!!

The crew met me at the house at about 8 am when it was raining out and we did a quick walk around so I could tell them what I wanted. I told them what bushes to trim and vines to pull out and where I would like mulch. My instructions where pretty vague. Jose' told me they would make it look nice. I got back to the house around 545pm and it looked like a whole new place. I am very happy with the end results and the guys on the crew were very nice. I would get them again for sure.

The guy scheduled an appointment for 10:00. Never showed never called.

José and Wilsson were top-notch. They arrived early, worked hard, knew what they were doing, and were professional and pleasant to work with. I wanted them to come back to do more work (I had only paid them for a fixed number of hours and I knew that I would need more work) and José was able to estimate how much more time they would need based on what I showed them they wanted done. Best of all, they are able to come back soon (I had to wait a while for them to come this first time because it's a busy time of year). They brought all the tools they needed. When they come back, I plan to have them transplant a small tree and tidy up my courtyard.

The landscapers came and did a major spring cleanup of my lawn (that was in desparate need of some major help). They sent 2 guys for ~7 hours to mow, weed, trim, and clean up my front and backyard which was quite a lot of work. My house was bank owned before I bought it a few years back and it's probably been 10 years since anyone did such a thorough job. They were on time and worked really hard to get my yard up to par. It looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend them for anyone else!

They had half the work done by noon and put the debris in our yard waste bin. They were very professional and thorough. We would definitely have them out again.

Workers were timely and worked hard. Pretty pleased with the effort.

First of all, Carlos was very pleasant and punctual at our estimate meeting, something that could not be said about all the other companies I'd talked to. His bid was very reasonable as well and they did a fantastic, quick job. I would highly recommend them.

Pleased with the work that was completed

NE Landscaping offered to come a day early because of the impending thunderstorm the following day that I had scheduled service. The two landscapers arrived right on time and went right to work after listening to my wish list for the yard. They were courteous and so efficient at their work that I had to thin of additional work for the to complete for the extra time I had remaining. They were great with checking with me about what I wanted done and if I was satisfied with the work. I'm so glad I have found landscapers I can trust on to help care for my yard. Everyone who has seen the yard is very surprised and impressed at how my yard has been transformed from dumpy to beautiful!

They got a LOT of work done - from weeding to cutting down a tree, clearing moss, pruning, thinning and general cleanup. They made three separate trips to the dump. My yard looked great when they were done. Their pruning was a little bit slap-dash and I wish I'd given them a bit more direction on some of the bushes, but their cleanup was excellent, and they were great with the weeding, being careful to work around the "good plants" and clearing everything else.

Excellent. They actually knew how to prune everything.

Perfectly, they were amazing. Easy to talk to, incredibly hardworking and they accomplished about double what I had hoped for. I'll be using them again!

and this time they showed up & completed the wok in about 40 minutes.Should have been very straightforward. However, the crew did not show on the day scheduled. When I contacted the owner (Carlos), he insisted that the crew had done the work. I insisted that the lawn had not been aerated (aerating leaves little plugs next to the holes in the turf, but there were neither holes nor plugs). He apologized, saying he did not know how the crew must have gone to the wrong address. He sent the crew a second time, and this time they showed up in the time interval promised, then finished the job in 40 minutes. The work seems ok, but the failure to assure they had the right address is disconcerting. This was the fourth time I've purchased a deal on Angie's List and I've not been entirely satisfied any of the times. I'll not purchase a deal again.
