Service was quick and painless. Scheduling was easy, but the technician arrived two hours early and did not call. The main valve is in the garage and they could not access. Left work early expecting someone to show up and called about 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. They were able to get the tech out the same day, which was appreciated.

Well. They came out and did the work while I was at work and left a card that they were done.

The crew of 2 worked exceptionally hard and made even more progress that I expected.

I contacted the company several times when I made an appointment and we decided on the date and time. I followed up a few more times to make sure that they arrive at that particular timeframe (in the afternoon) as I was busy during the morning. Either they forgot or they blatantly ignored my requests as someone showed up at the house at 8AM and woke up my whole family. I told the technician that I wasn't expecting him until after 2 PM and he said that he wanted to start early. I went ahead and told him to work on it even though it completely messed up our schedule. He proceeded to work on the sprinkler systems and I unlocked the back gate so he can access the sprinklers in the backyard. From what I know about winterization, he needed to access all sprinklers, or at least one sprinkler from each zone. He only accessed one at the front yard. I also did not see him access the sprinkler controls system. Lastly, I asked him if he accessed the backyard for the other sprinklers. He said yes and that he even locked the door. I checked after he left and the door was in the exact same position as I left it -- unlocked and opened. So he blatantly lied about that in front of my face as well. At this point, I do not trust this company. I will not recommend them to anyone. He was at my house for 10 minutes and left and didn't talk much about what he did. I'm not confident about the work that he performed. I hope I don't run into any issues with my sprinklers over the winter... if I do, then you can bet I'll be contacting them to repair any damage that occurs.

Carlos came out and gave us an estimate right away. The crew were very punctual and worked very hard even in pouring rain. Everything was done on time and immaculately. I am really impressed and satisfied with the project that Carlos and his crew did. I had a few other companies give us an estimate, but they were charging much more and mentioned that the project will be started much later.

Excellent!. Carlos was punctual, gave his honest opinion about proposed work and offered thoughtful suggestions based on his extensive knowledge and experience. His workers were top-notch, very polite, and also cleaned up well after each days work. He did not take any payment until the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Agent came to see the yard but never followed up with a quote as planned . No response to my follow up phone call ( voice mail left) or email requesting quote.

They were fine. They did fine. They came out and gave us an estimate right when I called them and we got it scheduled for within a few weeks after that. They were responsive and timely and did a good job. I’d recommend them to others. We had to pay extra for dump fees.

It went great and we absolutely love the result. They came in with a small army and got it all done in one day. Very happy with the service, they implemented everything I wished, Carlos took time to go over and explain everything. We will totally recommend him and his company!

This was a big deal purchase. I think we used them twice. They really weren't moving that fast and they got about half as much done as I thought they would. When I discussed it (with them) they said I should have called and just negotiated for a project as opposed to having them hourly because he said there was no real incentive for them to get any specific amount done so they just kind of didn't really get a lot done. It wasn't really a great deal. They showed up on time, so that was good. My interaction with them was okay, it was middle of the road. The actual work was not the best but everything else was okay. The work they did was fine, but I figure I could have done it myself in about four hours. It was supposed to be 8 or 10 hours of work with two guys They showed up.

It went well. I think this was the second time we’ve used them on a coupon. I have some particular ways that I like to prune my plants and I didn’t convey that to them so there were some plants that got pruned in the way that I wouldn’t have them do but it was really hard and they got a lot done in the amount of hours they actually did. We had a little bit of circles because the owner doesn’t do so well in e-mail so we needed to use phone instead so we had a little bit trouble getting it scheduled back and forth but it was fine.

We hired them to just make the landscaping better. There were problems after problems and the cost of the project continued to increase. The project was for $15,000 and we agreed to pay one payment before the project and one payment after the project. The grass and the trees that they planted started turning yellow as well. I spoke to the owner and the worker and they informed us that the price is normal because they have to charge for labor as well. They did the inspection and noticed that the water sprinkler needs to be fixed. They wanted to charge us $500.00 and we ended up fixing it ourselves and they blamed us for the grass turning yellow. They will not warrant the grass for turning yellow either. They were pruning our growing patch but they did not clean the project in full and some of the mess went into our neighbors yard.

DIDN'T GO, still no appt set. moving on to another company who wanted my business

The crew arrived on time and were very professional, answered questions, executed the discussed game plan. Their work was meticulous and they worked very hard. The result was a 3 year overgrown yard looked brand new. Very happy with Mr. Morales and his crew. Will use again.

I had a good experience. They came out. They were professional. They followed the instructions very well. They did the work. There was a bit of an issue with the billing, in the sense that I had bought the package for $800 approx. but then there was some extra charge because they had to get a chipper and so forth, then they ended up adding another $60 or $80 of some random cost on top of that for some gloves or something, which I didn’t realized I had to pay for that. I texted the owner about the charge, he didn’t respond back, so I wasn’t able to get any information from him. They did a good job but it was costly.

The crew of 4 guys did an amazing amount of work in a day's time. I purchased 40 hours of work for $1499 from an Angie's List special offer email. They transformed my flower beds, put down 5 yards of mulch, and removed an incredible amount of overgrowth including unwanted alder saplings. They excavated a tremendous amount of weeds, and vines growing up trees. It was remarkable. We had a small setback when the back hose bib faucet broke full on, and I had to turn off the water to the house. The owner Carlos worked with me and settled up with me for the cost of repair timely, he did not shirk responsibility and did the right thing.

Last year I had used an Angie's List coupon from Northeast landscaping for lawn aeration and fertilizing. At that time I had liked their service so I called them up early this spring for a quote for yard cleanup, mulching and some patio maintenance.Based on how it all went, I was considering more future work. Carlos was responsive and Jesus showed up to see and estimate the work. I was told by Jesus that I would be sent an estimate on my email which I never received. After waiting a week, I called Carlos again and told him I was still waiting. He promised he would check up and send me an estimate and asked me to text him my email address again which I promptly did. However I never heard back since then. It was confusing and disappointing and a lack of professionalism. I can understand if they were booked through the season or the work was not something they do but I would have appreciated if they had been upfront, whatever the reason.

The crew was incredibly responsive, patient and thorough. I insisted on extra soil to help make the lawn more level, and they made extra trips to accommodate my wishes. Because of the extra soil added, the sprinklers were too low and needed adjustment, which was my fault. No problem! Their sprinkler specialist showed up the next day and handled this. I am very thankful for the work put in by this crew, and I would highly recommend North East Landscaping.

The service turned out fine. There were no additional fees to the $1,499 Big Deal. They did very good. They listened to what we needed. They were very attentive to their job and they just got the job done. The company kind of put them in the bad spot. They put four people out here for four hours. So, that would be a 10-hour day. They were pretty tired after like nine hours. A 10-hour day is a long day. They should have had five people for eight-hours and it would have been 40-hours. It would have been a little more productive towards the end of the day. They did need a little encouragement the last half-hour. If you are paying for 40 hours, you want full 40 hours. I am in construction so I understood that they were tired working all day out under the sun. If I would talk to the company, I would suggest that they deviate their hours up just a little different so the guys were not trying to work 10-hours.

I submitted an inquiry through Angie's site. Carlos responded and asked to schedule a meeting so he could provide an estimate. I let him pick the date and time. The time came and passed, but Carlos did not call nor show. Never heard from him to know what happened. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business. Should have told me upfront that he wasn't interested and not wasted my time.

My yard looks like a whole new yard - beautiful. Juan and his team were thorough, punctual and tidy. They delivered more than what they were contracted for and I was thrilled with the result. Juan walked the yard with me to be sure he understood what we wanted done and we talked about various options. I had hired them the year before for similar work and liked what they'd done so much, I hired them again. They will be on my list of regulars. And btw: Juan is just a really nice guy - super easy to work with and his team worked very hard and got a pretty significant body of work done in one day. My husband and I were very impressed.

I thought it wasn't very good. They didn't aerate enough. I thought it was too sparse. They should make sure that they aerate all areas needed.

It went very well! Jose and Eric were punctual, friendly and professional. They listened carefully to me and worked with me to place plants where I wanted them -- and even repositioned and twirled them around so we got the placement just right --demonstrating their patience. They made it seem so easy! but they worked hard and I would recommend them. I hope to work with them again in the future. I got a very good price because of a special Angie's List offer, so I think I got a super value, and they accomplished all that I set out for them to do.
