I first want to say that Cameron and his team at Modernized Exteriors were a pleasure to work with. They designed and built me a stunning outdoor living area in our backyard overlooking McCormick Woods Golf Course. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the process smooth.when I had questions or concerns they were very happy to bring me up to speed, in my case explained the structural code updates I had to adhere to. They left the work site extremely clean and picked up after themselves each day. They were able to finish our job 3 days under the timeline and we couldn’t be happier. We're thrilled with the result and highly recommend their work!
