Terrible.
At first everything was great. The showroom looked decent and the service in the show room was great. But after handing over money to them, it got bad quick. We were on a 2 week vacation and were assured it would be completed during that time. It took another 2 months past the date scheduled. We got a hodge-podge of cabinets, none of which were the same shade of white. There were items that never got completed that I had to do myself. Live electrical wires hid behind molding uncapped, an electrical outlet half covered...down the middle. The contractors involved were not good quality, nor were the materials. The billing lady threatened to put a lein on my home if they did not receive final payment (which of course cannot be done without a judgment in court) when they were still not done with the project. I had a number of things replaced by professionals since that time such as hardware, etc.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I would recommend steering clear of JC Marble products and contractor services.
The Project Superintendent met with us several times to view their vast granite inventory and she helped us pick granite slabs to fit with our new kitchen's color scheme. We now think she had a better vision of what we wanted than we did. We used her design ideas to select the floor color and pattern. Looks great.
At the completion of each work day, the Project Manager removed all tools and construction materials. He vacuumed the site each night. It was always clean and we experienced no accumulation of dust in the adjoining rooms.
We only had one slight delay to the project. The company making the new window for us forgot to schedule the manufacture of our window. It was a 10 day delay.
We will use JC Construction Group on our next remodel project. We will be contacting them shortly to help us remodel a bathroom.
Demolition went fine. But then the install was not completed on schedule initially - supposedly it would take one day, but was only about half finished after the first day. It was very difficult to get responses from the construction manager who was occupied working at home shows. (As far as we could tell, she was the only person to contact with the authority to do anything - and only one installation worker, for that matter.) Finally it was done and the countertop installers came in and did their work as well.
Unfortunately, the cabinet installation was done very poorly. There were numerous chips and gauges in the wood (some quite sizable), mismatched color on exposed back panels, and drawer faces that just pulled off the drawer. Pull-out shelve units weren't installed, just left loose in the cabinet. Some wall cabinets were hung using only a single anchor screw. Adjoining units were misaligned and none of the doors had been adjusted to hang evenly. All in all, we were shocked that the installer could claim to be and quot;doneand quot;. We had floor installers scheduled to come in next who would not be able to start until the cabinets were completely done, but once again, it was hard to get a hold of the manager and schedule a time for her to come back out.
Finally, the manager did come. She agreed that there were numerous defects, apologized and agreed to have them fixed. (Though she did blame the factory, rather than the installer, which might have been true about some of the problems but clearly not all of them.) To her credit the installer came back the next day and did a pretty good job repairing things, including some that we didn't really think were fixable.
The final product is not too bad - for the cheap price, the cabinets are solid wood (no veneer), pretty good looking and seem to be holding up fine. If you examine closely, though, you can see some evidence of the problems from installation. The countertops are solid and the installers of those (I believe different people than the cabinet guy) did a great job. Overall, I would never use JC Construction again, but I might buy cabinets and definitely countertops from them for installation by someone else. And I might have them install countertops since that seems to be handled by a different group.
