It was smooth - I ordered the door I liked after getting answers to my questions, they came out and installed it, and took the old door away.

This whole thing was a fiasco! They had replaced all of our other doors (4) over previous years with no trouble. This was different. When they got the door in they had to replace it. The person we hired through them was terrible! We had to do some of it ourselves because of the poor quality of his work. They are very fair on prices too!

He did a fantastic job, he was on time. It is an old house with some significant settling. He was able to get the door to fit extremely well. He is an excellent carpenter.

What a super crew at this location. We were approached by Dan and he became our sales rep. He answered our many questions, guided us through the product lines and kept us informed of "stuff" every step of the way. His attention to details and customer service were great!! The doors were what we expected with no surprises. We live in Des Moines and the 80 mile round trip drive was well worth it.

We went there and described what we wanted to the representative. We selected wooden door and got it delivered by them. We are happy with the door, but we are not satisfied with the hardware. We didn't get the proper response when we spoke to them about the hardware. We called them a couple of times and they told us to call them back. When we called them back later, they tried to blame it on the guys who installed the door.

I am very happy with the quality and price of the door. I never had to go to the store, I dealt with them over the phone and online. They were punctual and the overall service was really good.

We worked with one salesman who stuck with us through the entire process. It is just a great store overall. The selection of doors that they have in stock is really impressive, and you can pick your door right there, it's not a picture it's a real door. We did some price comparing, and not only are they specialists in doors, but their prices are lower than their competitors. Every salesman knows everything there is to know about doors.

They were very helpful. They spent a lot of time with me helping me understand my different options. We have an older home and nothing is standard. They showed me the low cost as well as higher end options, how they could be customized and helped me to understand the best price for what we are trying to accomplish. Great problem solving, very kind. We've not bought any doors from them yet, as we're waiting for quotes on other work we want to do at the same time, but we will definitely get our doors from them when we're ready to start the work. They also have a quick turn around on the products needed, and helpful advice on how to finish the doors properly.

I went to Frank Lumber to look for interior doors. I didn't end up purchasing the doors from them, but did walk away with a good sense of the front door I want to purchase. The people that work there are very helpful and great to work with. I went in on a Saturday when the place was packed, but the people working there were hardly phased by the business. The person that helped me showed me some good selections and gave me a list of contractors they recommend to do door installation.

The experience was good. They were very responsive. We have an odd sized door and they were very helpful in saying what would and wouldn't fit and they had a very good selection.

They were great; very prompt, professional and friendly.

I liked the way I was treated at the door store. They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Chet did a superb job of going over my options and working with me on the purchase. He also did a thorough job of explaining the install process and handing me off to the contractor that I chose to do the install. I chose McCashen Construction (Seattle) as the installer. That part of the job required the contractor to pick up the doors and install them, including a new threshold, weather stripping and extensive associated framing and carpentry work. Labor, materials and tax for the install part of the project came to about $1000. The installation went smoothly and Danner and his brother did a fine job on the install. They were extremely responsive, courteous and friendly.

Excellent work at a great price. For much less then a lower quality door from home depot I was able to get a custom solid wood door built to my exact specification and already primed for easier painting. They had it built and painted in less then a week.

The showroom has excellent employees that are extremely helpful in finding you the perfect door. I also had to do a match up with my previous door and the turnaround time was wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful with all your door needs.

The door I had was terribly warped. They did an excellent job. They keyed the door to match my other doors, which was very helpful. The price above includes tax.

VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT DOORS AND OPTIONS. HAD BROUGHT THE OLD DOORS IN SO THEY COULD LOOK AT THEM AND THEY FIT US INTO THE SCHEDULE FOR THAT AFTERNOON SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO BRING THEM BACK IN THE NEXT DAY. EVERYONE WE TALKED TO WAS FRIENDLY, INFORMED AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THERE ARE PEOPLE ALL OVER THE STORE WAITING TO HELP. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY MAINTAIN CLOSEOUT AND ONE OF A KIND TYPE DEALS IN THE BACK THAT YOU CAN INVESTIGATE WITH A SALESMAN. ALL OF THE DOORS WE HAVE BOUGHT HAVE BEEN QUALITY AND WELL-MADE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN AND IT IS A GREAT WAY TO KEEP DOWN COSTS WHEN RENOVATING. WE BROUGHT THE DOOR AND OUR CONTRACTOR PUT IT IN. THAT WAY, WE DIDN'T GET CHARGED FOR HIS TIME IN GOING TO GET IT AND WE WERE ABLE TO PICK EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THE DOOR QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE SPEED IN WHICH THEY WERE COMPLETED WAS IMPRESSIVE. THEY DELIVERED THE DOORS EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL, STRAIGHTFORWARD AND EASY TO WORK WITH. SOME OF OUR ORDERS HAVE BEEN PRETTY 'CUSTOM' AND HARD TO FIT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS WORKED WITH US TO GET A GOOD RESULT.

DOORS LOOK TERRIFIC. ORDER WAS READY TO PICK UP WHEN THEY SAID SO. DOORS ARE AN UNUSUAL SIZE (6') WHICH MADE THEM A REAL VALUE SINCE THEY WERE AN IN-STOCK ITEM.

INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, AND THERE WERE STAFF EVERYWHERE. OUR SALES PERSON WALKED US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS HELPING US FIGURE OUT WHAT WE NEEDED, AND WHAT WE WANTED.

THE DOOR CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS.

SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SHOWED US A VARIETY OF DOORS AND DOOR STYLES. ALSO ASSISTED US IN PICKING OUT NEW LOCKSET AND DEADBOLT. SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK DOOR MEASUREMENTS AND HAD THE DOOR WE SELECTED SET ON A DOOR FRAME AND READY FOR US TO TAKE HOME THE SAME DAY. I THOUGHT THIS WAS AMAZING.

I HAD TO WAIT A BIT, AS THE DOORS I NEEDED WERE ON BACKORDER, BUT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
