I needed to replace a heater unit that had been recalled. They were very helpful, and were happy to help with a lighting problem that came up at the last minute. They fixed a faulty light switch and helped to secure two more heater units free of charge too. They also gave us discount coupons after their inspection and after doing the work for us. Very helpful!

Mr. Sparky was awesome!!! Besides being on-time, doing great work, and reasonably priced... he was a really nice guy! I wish more contractors were like Mr. Sparky.

Traffic held him up, and then finding the right parts took a long time, but once he got started, the work went really quickly. He also took the time to explain things.

They were really attentive. They also responded quickly and completed the work.

He was very courteous, very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through things that he recommended that should be fixed. He wrote them all up and gave me a price quote. I'm having him come back tomorrow to do a particular job. I am going to do one thing at a time. The pricing was fair but I needed a couple of quotes to see where he was. I thought the quality was pretty good. He was supposed to be here between 9-11 and he was here at 9, which I liked. He was very professional.

I liked their service and dependability. They are on time and their staff is excellent. The only downside is that their price is a bit higher than average.

The range hood was to be removed and replaced with the OTR microwave. The electrician looked at the existing wiring and found out that the wiring will not be able to handle the load of the new OTR microwave. He suggested that a new line will have to be created and conduits will be installed in the garage where the power panel is located. It would cost over $760.00. Regardless, I agreed to the estimate and he came back to do the job. Upon close investigation, he found out that he can tap on an existing circuit but inactive thereby eliminating the need for new conduits. It would now cost me a lot less than the estimate thereby shortening the project time.The project was started on time and finished early.

It went well. we were on the same page on the job, time, money and the way they did it. I could say they fed the kid and washed the car but i do not have either. what they did do was give me an accurate estimate and a t imeframe that worked. the 2 gentlemen were prompt, professional, and true to their word. i am just a bit lazy getting the review going. i even spoke to Mrs Sparky. i would use them again for electrical and might use them to teach skydiving to my in-laws. I don't know if they do skydiving, but what's to loose?

We recently moved into an older home where some lighting fixtures don't work and we had several questions about the house electricity. The Mr. Sparky electrician was great. He was clean, put booties on his shoes, and was so quiet my cats didn't hide. He patiently reviewed my list of questions and after assessing the home, walked me through each item. He helped me figure out what light switch was to what outlet/fixture, what was working, what wasn't and even got the track lighting system working and helped me change out the 15 bulbs on it. Then the one issue happened: he was on a ladder that went from the stair landing to the middle of the stairs. I offered to hold the ladder for him so that he could remove a glass globe off the light fixture over the stairs. When he started to come down the ladder, it moved slightly. He swung his arm around behind him to catch his balance and in the process hit the metal handrail with the glass globe he just removed. CRASH. The globe exploded with glass everywhere. He felt so bad, he offered to clean it up, but I was fine with cleaning it up while he finished the job. At the end of the day, he didn't charge me anything. He said all he really did was change light bulbs for me. I was very impressed with his attitude, humbleness and that he made everything right. The globe cost me $15 to replace (with a plastic one). He even offered to come back and install it for me, but we were able to do it ourselves, so I didn't bother. He gave me his card and I won't hesitate to call him again.

The process took about an hour and the technician was able to isolate the area of the short, which, unfortunately, was buried under a wall. I chose not to attempt any corrective action at that time and will retire that circuit. The technician was on-time, friendly, professional and very helpful. He also did not charge a premium despite it being Saturday of a 3 day weekend (Memorial Day.)

The floor required a bit of work to install the brass floor outlets. Dave and team had all the tools needed, they were very careful to not scratch the floors. After the outlets were installed, I was shown how to insert the plugs (the child proof feature) and the work that was done was explained. Scheduling the work was great. Wendy was very prompt in responding and communicated very well. The reminders were great. Overall, it was a terrific experience.

Mister Sparky and Mrs. Spark run a great operation. The fuse for our water heater kept tripping and making an ominous buzzing sound when we tried to reset it, Mr. Sparkey came out late that night after his last scheduled work call and replaced the fuse so we could take a hot shower in the morning. He was really friendly and went above and beyond to explain things to us in a way we could understand while he worked, sort of equal parts super hero and Bill Nye the Science Guy. We had been needing to move the mast for our electric service since the purchase of the house because the power line draped over the roof peak and had been thinking about upgrading our panel as well since we have a few more appliances than they did in the 1940's, and after saving the day with our water heater fuse we decided Mr. Sparky was our guy for the rest of the service, so we signed him up the very next day. Mrs. Sparky was able to get us scheduled within the week, and work only took 2 days to complete. I also appreciated that they had the lights back on the for the night in between, threw in some complimentary GFCI outlets, and replaced a bunch of our smoke detectors for no extra charge. Mr. Sparky and his crew didn't even seem to mind that my son insisted on holding one of their flashlights "to help" during the finishing work. I hope we never have to drop that much money on our electric system again, but he certainly earned our loyalty for any future electric work with his service and personality.

I had some power issues recently, and we lost power. My wife handed me the Angie's List flier, with 2 names on it. I left a message for the first company, and then left my information with an answering service with the second company. A few minutes later, someone form the second company called back. She said she would send the owner out tonight, and he will be there in about an hour. Awesome! Shortly after that, a guy from the first company called back, and I told him someone was on the way, but asked him to call me when he was in my area to see if the power had been fixed. The second company, Mister Sparky arrived, and did a bunch of testing for free! It turned out the problem was an issue with the Seattle Power Company. The second electrician, Mister Sparky, said he would stay to make sure Seattle Power got the problem fixed. He gave me is information and told me to call him anytime if I needed him to come back for service. He was unbelievably helpful! I would definitely use him again.

I have used in the past. They are a great company.

The issue has been resolved. ~.~.~.~. On 12/1/11, I had several items of work performed. This work included replacing an exhaust fan, so the technician was required to enter the attic. After establishing the scope of work and price, I left my Mom to supervise, and went to work. When I returned home, Mom stated that the technician told her: There was active knob and tube wiring powering all of the light fixtures and likely other items. It would cost approximately $10,000 to have this remedied. I have submitted a report for this work. It went well. On 12/13/11, the same technician returned along with an assistant to perform a complete estimate to replace the existing knob and tube. During this inspection the technician walked the house with me. He stated that the knob and tube wiring served all of the lights, all of the outlets, and many appliances including the washing machine, dryer, furnace, and range. He provided a cost of $13,000 to remedy the problem. This cost also included adding two lights and approximately 4 outlets.

They showed up on time, did good work at the price quoted, and were quiet enough that my two year old twins kept napping in the next room. Great experience overall.

Style came out to give me an estimate for replacing old electric baseboard heaters in my condo(a neighbor's had started sparking). He was very punctual, professional and explained options well. The prices were a few hundred dollars higher than the competitor I ultimately went with. I am unfortunately having problems with defective heaters from the other company and awaiting replacement. Might have had a better outcome with Mr. Sparky....

Style (yes, that was his name) arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly provided an estimate, and once approved got right to work.. Everything was done efficiently, with no mess left behind.

I will use their services again in the future.

I had an appointment for this company to come to my house to replace some can lights. I arranged to work from home so I could meet them. They were supposed to be here between 9:30 and 11:30. At 1:00 I had heard nothing so I called. I was assured that I was still on the schedule and someone would be there soon. At 2:00, still no call so I called again. At that point I was informed that there was a mix-up and the person who was supposed to come to my house was at the home show and could they reschedule for Tuesday? No thanks, I'll see if I can find someone reliable. This was really unprofessional.

He was great, we'd use him again. He was on time, did his work and was clean. They are expensive. I think I found him on Angie's List.

The guy lives down the street. The work was excellent. They were prepared to do the work right after the bid. They came out the same day we called. They were punctual. They didn't charge for part of the work as an Angie's List discount.
