Everything went well. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a good job with all of the work.

They tinkered around for an hour, trying to solve the problem with overhead light and two outlets weren't working. Stated they didn't work by the hour, but rather did an assessment, then gave a bid. My choice if I wanted to proceed or not. Quoted me $268 to solve problem and fix. I chose to look elsewhere, as I thought price was too steep for what should have been a simple job. I brought in a competitor (who offered a living social deal) and put them on my stopwatch from the moment they walked in the door. They found the break in the circuit in the lightswitch in a total of 17 minutes, fixed everything and done in less than 40 minutes. It cost me $200 less than Mr. Sparky's bid, and I'm glad I went with my gut to not proceed with Mr. Sparky. Mr. Sparky was competent and professional, but in the end it saved me $ to go elsewhere.

I requested the appointment through the Mr. Sparky website around 6:30pm on a Friday. I had a response back in an hour, and the visit was scheduled for that coming Monday. Might need to change the name to Mr. Speedy! The electrician (Cory) called to advise when in the window he would be arriving, came spot on time to that. Scoped the job, quoted it, and got to work. Once the installations were completed he vacuumed up all the debris and reviewed everything with me. Our house has a bit of a (ahem) custom electric setup, so it is always reassuring to have a pro come by for these things. While he was doing the installations he tightened things down when loose, swapped out incorrect screws and mounts, and grounded mounts that weren't set up properly. We've used Mr. Sparky 4 times now, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

The company was almost two weeks late with the bid. I had to call them to ask for it.

I thought they did a good job based on the complexity of the job it wasn't that great of the deal. I don't think they took them that long putting in so I think that they suggest a retail price and savings wasn't really there. It will not be such a great deal.

Overall I was very happy with the work.

This was the second time I've used Mr. Sparky, and I won't hesitate to call them again if another electrical issue arises. We had just purchased a new wall oven to replace the existing unit (which had pooped out and was beyond repair...) Mr Sparky showed up on time, was very friendly, got right to figuring out the problem. The cabling from the new oven was too short to reach the existing outlet, but by only an inch or two. Afte a short brainstorming session, he was off to secure two or three small parts. Back shortly, he was able to extend the existing junction box and safely splice the wiring, all without any new holes in drywall, etc. Great solution, great service.

We thought we had blown a circuit but the circuit still appeared to be on. We had random light switches and plugs that didn't work. The electrician had to spend hours tracing the problem. He took time to show us the problem and explain it.

Excellent - would recommend and use again. Please note that caveats above are not specific to our experience with this contractor but would apply to dealings with any service provider.

Sanin arrived precisely on time for both the estimate appointment and the actual date to perform the work. During the estimate he was polite and clear in communicating his thinking about how to complete the project. The work required maneuvering around and through a small basement crawl space, dealing with existing decking, and digging a 40 foot trench on a heavily treed lot. Sanin provided a competitive estimate, and projected the work would take about a half day. That's exactly what they accomplished. They attacked the project with a 3-man crew. The trench digger was particularly impressive, and made his job look way easier then it actually is. While Sanin was dealing with the existing wiring issues in our basement and deck, the third man ran the wire and installed the fixtures in the outbuilding. It was a seamless process that went smoothly and without incident. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use Mr. Sparky in the future.

He arrived on time, got the jobs done quickly, and was helpful, friendly, and informative.

Jeff showed up on time in the 2 hours window appointed; provided proposal estimate for outdoor floodlight repair. I approved it. He bought some parts andfinished the repair; all done under 3 hours. Did not have to come inside house to repair the lights. Total cost was cheaper than an estimate provided to me by Bel Red Electric last year. He also asked if I had any other repair concerns; explained my electrical panel to me; and inspected burned out light with promise to provide estimate for repairing it. The only problem now is that the one light he did not fix because it was working will not go on at the same time as the two lights he did fix. He also said he would email me a quote to fix an under-counter kitchen light but never did.

For being fairly short notice the dispatch was courtesy, responsive and reassuring. They were able to provide a favorable service timeline which the technician met. Moreover, the solutions provided resulted in a quick resolution at a better than expected price point. Fantastic franchise, great ownership, knowledgeable technicians! We would absolutely use and recommend over and over again!

Jeff, who was our lead electrician from Mr. Sparky office, took really good care of our house. He was extremely patient in answering all of our first-time-home-owner's questions. He took our concerns and wishes into account when setting up the new romex system. We feel Jeff took care of our house as if it were his own, and we now sleep much better knowing the electrical work is in excellent condition. We highly recommend Jeff and Mr. Sparky office to everyone.

He was professional with one exception, he accidentally left his disposable booties in our driveway.

I found Dave from Mr.Sparky to be extremely helpful and professional in navigating this difficult task. The work was done efficient and I was very pleased with how it all turned out.

The job required approximately 20 minutes for installation. For my part, I needed to clear storage boxes that I had "temporarily" set in front of the panel (located in the garage) so that the panel was accessible. The technician clearly explained the purpose of the surge protector and went over what the homeowner would need to do should it ever trip.

The guy who came out was very nice and did a good job. They didn't need to have any further repairs completed. I asked if there was a permit required and they were not sure at the time. I received a letter from Mister Sparky after the work, and mentioned that a permit was actually required and they had already obtained one regardless. I thought it was nice of them to follow up with me, as it was not required.

Mr. Sparky was very courteous on the phone. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He also was very courteous and was very clean while performing the installation. He had the whole house surge protector installed in a half hour. I would use them again.

Very professional, informative. Did have a couple electrical issues after they left but don't know if it was conincidence or causal.

Only after the unit was installed and I had the accompanying paperwork did I read that the warranty covers surge protection only for electro-mechanical devices such as reefers, washers, ranges, etc., and specifically excludes electronics, such as computers, stereos, and the like - protection of those type devices was my motivation for buying such a device. This crucial information was not revealed until after the product was purchased and the accompanying instructions & manuals are in hand. I feel rather duped and that the unit is inappropiate for what I purchased it for.

David, the owner of the company, arrived personally to do the work. Very friendly guy. Was more than happy to let me watch over his shoulder and explain what he was doing to this rookie homeowner. When the targeted work was settled, we did a full electrical review of the house. I would be happy to do business with Mr. Sparky and David again, and would highly recommend their services.

Great. They showed on time and in the installation of the product they noted a safety issue which they fixed promptly at a reasonable cost.
