Servicemen were prompt, friendly, and professional. They had to do much more work than they expected, but did not change the estimate and completed the work well and within the total time frame they estimated.

Very well overall. When I first called to schedule the appointment, the earliest they could come was in 5 days, since this was a non-emergency. We scheduled the appointment and I asked if they would let me know if they had any cancellations. They called me back twice to let me know about cancellations, which was nice. The electrician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the issues to us in a very clear way (with pictures!). I don't have a good basis of comparison for pricing, but they seemed reasonable for the work. He did the work that same day and did a good job on almost everything. The only minor exception is that one of the many outlets installed is loose and comes out of the wall. I haven't notified them yet, but am certain they will fix it. All other work was good. We have more serious work to be done (e.g. installing a new main panel) and I plan to use them again.

My overall experience with Eagle Electric went well. Greg wrote up a proposal and went over the details with me. He was very good at explaining the details in a manner that was understandable. Once the proposal was accepted, he and Ryan began working on the project that day. Both Greg and Ryan were professional throughout the whole process. Dave and Wendy were kind and professional when it came time to pay the bill. I would definitely use Eagle Electric again and will recommend them to others for any electrical service. Keep lighting up people's lives.

Great. They were running late, and called me prior to their scheduled arrival to let me know. They looked at all the work I am considering having done, gave me clear, itemized estimates for each job, and then I had then do two of the jobs.

THEY WERE VERY NICE STAFF. THEY DID A QUICK EFFICIENT JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT ON CALLING ME BACK AND THEY GAVE US AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY ALSO.

This was the first time we had used their services. They stayed within our budget and they had great customer service. We are satisfied with their work.

First off, both Greg and Ryan were very helpful in the initial tour of the house. Some worries were laid to rest, while the need to replace the electrical panel came as a surprise, but we were given literature about the panel so we could understand what the problem was. They also explained the various electrical connections etc. outside the house. They produced an estimate, explained how they work, there are fixed prices for each type of job, rather than hourly rates and were helpful in deciding how we could prioritize the list so as to spread out the financial blow. In the end, we decided to get all the work done, as we had numerous concerns that were several years old, and especially didn't want to wait on the panel switch-out. I called to say we wanted the entire list done, and Wendy made an appointment for us. When I realized we had plans to be out of the house on the scheduled day, I called back, and Wendy told me it would probably work out well if we left while the power to the whole house was off, so we kept the appointment. Greg initially thought the work would take a day and a half, but it took two full days. Both days, tasks took longer than anticipated, but the guys worked until 5:30-6:00 pm to finish everything. They were GREAT with our dogs, which is always important to us. We have gates to keep one pair apart from another, and other workmen have been careless about closing gates, or been annoyed by the dogs' interest in what they're doing, but we could not have asked for more care from either Greg or Ryan, and they were just great with them. They took out concerns seriously, and that meant a lot to us. We felt confident leaving the house while the work was going on, and comfortable when we hung out all day at the house. Both days were very hot, and on both days, the guys ran into unexpected stuff, but they remained cheerful and persisted through everything, and when we were on site, kept us informed about what was going on. They spent the first day replacing the electric panel, and did everything else, and there were about 10 things! the next day. It turned out a light fixture was fried, and I went out to get a new fixture, which Greg installed. The exhaust fan required a lot of adaptation, as the original was so old, and so there was a lot of attic work, it was 88 degrees out and cutting into the ceiling. All in all, it was a great experience, Everything they could do, they did, and they gave good advice, and treated us always in a friendly, but professional manner. This was one of the best experiences we've had with hiring people to do work on our house. Oh, and the second day, in addition to the horrible heat in my stuff house, we had roofers doing an emergency job, and they coped with all that chaos easily.

The electrician was competent; explained cost up front--flat fee for diagnosis plus add-on fees for work--not cheap; electrician had to make a trip to get a part; got the power back on. Instead of checking the light fixture, he said bulb was burned out. It wasn't. When I called him later to come finish the job, he wouldn't due to a company policy (news to me). After a couple calls, the manager came out and fixed the fixture with no further cost. A happy outcome with unnecessary hassle to get there.

Dave is very conscientious and is very supportive of their competitor. They did answer all of my questions. They were enthusiastic, and they were kind. They gave me a written estimate.

Josh and Brian arrived on time, dressed well and with booties over shoes to protect floors. It was a very hot day and they had to crawl up into the attic to do this job. It must have been 180 degrees up there but they remained good humored. They ran into trouble with the switch shorting and took a lot of time to figure it out. I know they were frustrated but didn't show it. Because of these difficulties, the job took longer than any of us anticipated. They stuck with it and figured out the problem eventually. Through it all they remained polite and calm. We were not charged extra for their extra time and difficulties.

It went very well- I was here to see that and they did a good job.

Wendy was very prompt about getting back to me and they were able to come out the same day. Turns out the problem was with the city line, but the guys were very helpful and gave us tips on how to get the city out quicker.

We found Eagle Electric on the list and they gave an estimate. They finished the actual job in couple weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others. Excellent work.

I pulled them from AL. They gave an estimate over the phone. They came out the next day and installed the new circuit. They were excellent. I would recommend them highly.

The job went very well. The worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely commend them to others. I received 50 dollars off for being an AL member. They're local and I prefer local businesses.

They have a guaranteed price. The job took two and half weeks. They thought it would take only few days. This was a puzzle to me because there was not anything different from other houses in the area. This was what had lead to the extended duration project. I would recommend them to others. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

Eagle referred another company in the north area and said they would high rated. I have had a very bad experience with the company they referred me to and Eagle made me believe the other company was just as good. The company I used did not properly do the work and left jobs undone I had paid for. I tried to contact Eagle 3 times and none of my calls were returned. If they would have just said you need to find someone else I would have but the fact they referred a horrible company has left me bitter about Eagle.

Eagle electric is very honest company. They honored a estimate that they gave me prior to finding out that there was addition parts that needed to be purchased. The job did take longer than estimated due to other companies being involved.

They were about double that I got he job done for.

Great. He called one hour before he was to arrive and arrived promptly. Was very genial and knowledgeable. He took care to keep the carpets clean. Overall it was great.

Went above and beyond the quoted price, but the quoted price remained the same. They did a good job.

The two technicians came out to my house to give an estimate on the job, arriving at the beginning of the scheduled window of time. The estimate was based on Eagle Electric's list of pre-determined pricing - mine was $488 parts + labor for installation of a new circuit & outlet, plus tax and a "incidentals" charge of $5.75. They waived their standard travel fee for being an Angie's list member. I found the estimate to be within a few dollars of other estimates I received, and OK'd the work. Total installation time was about an hour. Alex and Josh were courteous, quick, and efficient, and performed a nice clean installation.
