Description of Work: The technician was great, but his office had the deal all screwed up, apparently because the company runs a lot of specials with different features and cannot keep them straight. The technician was dispatched without the promised CO2 detector and it had to be delivered later, after he did a nice job on the furnace tune-up. In future, I'd skip the icing and just focus on the cake.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate and some advice to changing out a propane system for a heat pump. The person I needed to talk to was with a customer and was told her would call me back. He was very prompt in getting back to me and gave me some good information. We will probably have them do the job but not quite ready yet.

Description of Work: Replaced our old furnace. They were very responsive with the pre-check and explained exactly what needed to be done. They had to install a couple vents to meet specifications which we expected. They showed up for the install when they said they would and were very professional in getting the job done and removing the old furnace and cleaned up after themselves. Yes we would use them again.
