Description of Work: Everything went smooth. |The technician did service on the FURNACE and the AIR CONDITION and walk me through on what needed to be replace. |The technician perform the work on the FURNACE. He say everything looks good accept the FLAME sensor that might need a new one for $150.00 but he scuff it and clean it. |And now the AIR CONDITION. He check out the AC and he suggest 2 parts that need to be replace and he walk me through on what's wrong with the part. The CONTACTOR and CAPACITOR that need to be replace. I did have him replace the CONTACTOR and A CAPACITOR for about $226.00 plus $118.00 service for the FURNACE and THE AIR CONDITON. The total for this service is $345.00. But that's ok since I've own these FURNACE and the AC for 10 years now and never give me any problem this the first time that I have to buy new parts. All the other years I only have it services that's done by ANVANCE FILTER who did the installation on both unit of the FURNACE and the AC. Description of Work: It went well! They were very professional and helpful. Noted that I had the wrong size filter on my heater, and were able to put in a new one, at the right size, while there.
