Description of Work: the heating job I needed to have done required the heating company to come out on two different days as I needed them to remove a large heating duct that was impeding the plumbers and Clean Crawls guys from doing their work. After that work was done I needed them to come back out to replace the heating duct. When I called to have them return - they never called me back and left me hanging. Evidently, the guy that came out missed several other of the ducts that needed to be done, so overall - I'm glad they didn't come back, the work got done, and done correctly.

Description of Work: Performed general service of my furnace. I use them for servicing all my rentals. They are very good to work with, are on time and the service price is a great deal through Angie's List.

Description of Work: The technician came out and inspected our air conditioning system, something that we had not ever done before. He said it was in overall good condition, but could use some additional refrigerant, which we had him add. Was straight forward and not a "salesman", which has happened to us before when we have had a household appliance inspected. We appreciated the service and professionalism.

Description of Work: It was fine. The technician was polite and answered my questions. The only concern after the fact was that his paperwork indicated that he replaced the filter when I had told him I had just replaced the filter myself within the last two weeks and had asked that if he normally replaced the filter that he use mine and leave the filter he brought with me for my future use.

Description of Work: Did checkups on both furnaces. Determined why both air conditioning systems weren't working and replaced vent valve that was inoperative. Tested air conditioning system for leaks and found it had never been properly installed.

My experience since the first call (which was handled by Gabriel) has been nothing short of professional. Our sales representative, Ryan, presented us with an appropriate and reasonable assortment of choices. He has scheduled our installation for June 30th. I will update upon completion.
