Great! The crew did an amazing job.

The people in the shop were very helpful and clearly took pride in what they do. I was picked up from my home after the service was performed and driven back to the shop. My car sparkled and actually smelled good after carting around my puppy (often wet) for months. I didn't think it was possible to get my car that clean. It was a pit prior to my detail. I will undoubtedly use them again!

I used this company because of the excellent Angie's List reviews. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. Pat said he could have the car done in three hours. I did not think to mention that I have two dogs and their would be a lot of evidence of it. I dropped it off at the appointed time and Pat had it done in three hours on the dot. He said that there is typically and extra charge for abundant pet hair, but he would honor my cupon for $119.95. My vehicle is a Jeep Liberty and these small SUV's would typically be charged an additional $15 for this service, but he waived that fee as well. The carpets were shampooed twice and I haven't seen it this clean since I bought the car new. I have had the car detailed before for nearly $200 and it was no where near this clean. I will definitely use these guys again and will also mention the dogs when I make the appointment.

They were great to work with. They got my vehicle in within about three or four days of my calling. They did an absolutely A+ cleaning job. I was very impressed with their service.

The owner responded promptly to my request and we made an appointment for 2 days later. He told me the price and even though I brought in a coupon later, he explained that the price meant "with coupon". I was fine with that. He was fine about us needing to bring it in the day before, then picking it up the day after because of the distance between our home and the shop. We picked it up early in the morning so I didn't have the chance to speak with him in person, although we spoke when he had finished. I asked if everything went okay, and he said he had trouble with the spare cover not unzipping, so he left it the way it was. Later in the week I noticed that the wheels weren't thoroughly cleaned and the rear pop-up window was dirty underneath. I called him and he immediately apologized and asked when I could come in, and I said when's best for you and he again said, whatever is best for you is good for me. We brought it in the next day and he apologized again and had his workers clean it on the spot and he said it would be done in an hour and because of our inconvenience he would re-clean the exterior(which was great since it had rained hard for a couple days and it needed it) and vacuum the car, even though I told him that the inside had barely been used. They were done in 45 minutes. The car looked great and we appreciated his attitude. We sold the car a week later. Now I have made an appt. for our new vehicle, a 1995 Suburban that has old smoke smell from 8 years ago. He gave me a fair estimate and says he can probably rid my car of the smell. I hope so and I definitely believe that he means it!

I was having some minor body damage repaired in preparation for selling this car, and the body shop offered to coordinate the detailing when the repairs were complete. The car was sent out for the detailing and returned to the body shop so I didn't have to make a separate trip (not sure whether Auto Shine or the body shop took care of this part). The side walls of the cargo area (it's a wagon) are covered with a sort of felt upholstery that traps pet hair and makes it nearly impossible to remove by vacuuming. I didn't have much hope that they could get it all out, but they did! It cost extra ($20), but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this service prior to sale, or just as a thorough cleaning every once in a while.
