They found a dead rat under the front seat! They called to ask if they could keep the car for a third day so they could do one more round of shampooing carpets and upholstery and put dryers in it to dry it out. When we picked it up no more smell and the interior sparkled!

The interior was spotless. There are car detailing businesses closer to our home, but Auto Shine does a great job. They are fair and honest. We are always satisfied with the work that they do.

Absolutely amazing job! I can't stop staring at my car, it looks brand spankin' new. Slight miscommunication on both our parts with dates, but nothing to be worried about. They were prompt, professional, and worth every penny. Offered pick up and drop off service, which I utilized. I also paid extra to have them attack the dog hair, which was everywhere, and is now no where to be found :)

Sloppy work, a lot of residue left, did not help when called.

We brought the car in and made sure to point out problem areas such as extensive tree sap on the paint and windshield as well as dirt spots on the seats and dashboard. We specifically asked if the tree sap would be removed and we were told "yes". They stated that they would use a clay bar to get rid of the sap and the raised areas caused by the sap. When we picked up the car we noticed: - Tree sap bumps on paint - Tree sap still on windshield - White dirt spots on the leather seats - Dirt spots on the dashboard - Black spots on the paint All of these items were discussed ahead of time yet these conditions still existed after the complete detailing. Very disappointing for sure. Wish they had done what they had stated they would do.

All 3 cars were spotless and sparkled like diamonds in the sunshine! The Ford truck had been sitting unused for most of my husband's 2 year illness and had actual mold growing on the inside so it was amazing that they could get it so clean. I sold all 3 cars on Craigslist and received much more money than I expected, primarily due to them being so clean. A few years previously, Pat alerted me to an area of rust under the rear hatchback door of my Matrix and it was repaired free of charge by Toyota just months before the warranty expired. I was very grateful to the shop for that "catch." The battery on the Ford truck had deteriorated while sitting for long periods and when I went to pick it up, I turned it off and couldn't get it started again. Of course I started to cry, because that was what I did that year...then I was mortified and embarrassed. The guys who work so hard in the shop were very nice, made me laugh, got it running, gave me advice of what to do and sent me on my way. I won't forget that kindness ever. I have a new car now, a 2014 Nissan Rogue-- it's just about due for a clean-up and I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

This is one of my favorite places! It's always wonderful to talk to Toni to schedule the appointments and afterwards she does a superb job of explaining what was done. Usually I get a regular hand car wash, but this time also had the interior done. I actually started with them in summer 2014 when I brought car to them for detailing. It had a waxy substance dropped from trees on the hood, windows, top, trunk. The job they did then was so impressive that I've come back regularly for the hand washing. Patrick is amazing with what he can get off. And always nice. Auto Shine's estimate of when the car will be ready has been consistently reliable.

I was nervous since I'd never had my car detailed before. Toni, who scheduled my appointment, put me at ease and asked me about the condition of my car so that she could give an estimate. When she inspected my car in person, she lowered the estimate. My car came back on time and in immaculate condition. I am very happy and will return again. i appreciated the friendly attitude of everyone at Auto Shine.

The complete service was professionally done and my car was immaculately cleaned inside and out. My car looks like it did when it originally came out of the showroom. My hat's off to Pat Falconio and his crew for his continued great service and excellent work. My wife and I have been clients of Pat since he had his shop on Aurora Avenue and will continue to be happy customers. I brought my 2005 Jeep Liberty to be cleaned with the intent to sell the vehicle. The jeep only has 45,000 miles, mechanically sound, but was looking a little worn and I was just ready for something new. I drop the Jeep off in the morning for Auto Shine to keep all day. I got a call from their office manage (Toni) who originally quoted me a price of $189.00 for a full clean package. Toni (Who has these amazing hazel/blue colored eyes) let me know I had a lot of pet hair in my Jeep which is labor intensive and there would be an additional $30.00 charge. Understandable, my jeep is my "dog car" who typically travels with me everywhere and Aussies are shedders but worth the extra $30.00. I got a call from Toni at the end of the day that was Jeep was ready for pick up upon my inspection I can only say: AMAZING!!!!!!! My 2005 Jeep that has never been garaged, had tons of tree sap on the exterior, scratches all over, moss growing around the windows, completely filthy on the inside looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor! It felt like a completely different Jeep driving home and on the 3 mile drive to my house I decided to keep the 2005 Jeep and not buy a new vehicle. So the $220 I paid for the cleanup saved me $30,000.00. I have a 2004 Honda and I will call to have it detailed. Worth every penny I paid

Auto Shine Detail removed 20 years of dirt and dust from the interior of a 1990 Jeep Cherokee, which had never had a thorough detailing previously. The car is like new inside again. Wonderful! Smells and looks great!

They did a wonderful job, they even came to my workplace, picked up my car and delivered it back to me at the end of the day.

Patrick and his team of detailers did a great job renewing the interior and exterior of our 13+ year old Forester while being tremendously accommodating in scheduling our last minute narrow window of availability. As a one-car family and my being a 70 year old senior who can no longer do such physical work himself, I truly appreciated Patrick's customer-friendly service and pricing not only for the actual work but for the pick-up and delivery service I needed as well.

They picked it up and brought it back for a slight extra charge. We've carried a couple of Golden Retrievers in that car for years, so there was lots of dog hair and slobber, and it all looked like new by the time they were done.

Great job! This car looks fabulous both inside and out.

I have used Auto Shine many times and have been completely satisfied every time. They have been quick to respond to my phone calls and have been able to clean my car within a few days of the call. On a couple of occasions I have used their "pick up" service. For an extra $15 they will pick up and deliver your car. Very useful! I have a dog boarding business and transport dogs in my Subaru Legacy wagon to and from the dog park. As you can imagine, there is a fair amount of dog hair & dirt that collects everywhere! Even though I cover the seats fur and dirt manage to get into all the little crevices. Auto Shine has been great about ridding the car of fur and even eliminating the doggie smell from having so many dogs in the car. I occasionally have the outside cleaned and the results are fantastic. Patrick and his team are always respectful and easy to communicate with. Their work is always excellent!

The result was superb! I am very particular and this firm never disappoints. Auto Shine Detail has detailed my cars for many years, beginning when they were located on Stoneway in Seattle. In addition to my V70 detailed today, I have a 20-year-old Volvo 940 which also looks superb due to Patrick Falconio's expert detailing. Following today's service, the V70 finish feels like glass and will be a breeze to keep clean. I get many compliments on how good my cars look and dealers are always wanting to obtain them for their used car inventory. Got an estimate over the phone and made an appointment. My wife drove the car down and got a ride back home (nominal fee) and the car was done that day at the appointed time as promised. Inspected the work done and I was very please with with it.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I made an appointment and hoped for the best. My 2000 Toyota SRunner was a dull oxidized orange when I dropped it off but (to my surprise) a radiant, shiny red when I drove home - my expectations had been far exceeded
