Our thermostat/ control panel went out on our hot tub. The big hot tub company in Seattle wanted a "Deposit" and an open credit card just to come out to trouble shoot. Chris and Rob at Aquabella only charged a half hour of time to assess the situation, then rolled this into the overall cost of the job. When the part malfunctioned after a month, they installed a new one and even cleaned my tub at no cost. These guys gave the best service and were just genuinely nice people. They kept me informed of what parts were needed and how soon they'd be able to return. Plus, they left me a free container of "shock" for my tub for the inconvenience of replacing a part that malfunctioned.
Description of Work: Repair and clean my hot tub.

Description of Work: I am the president of our condo association and inherited the responsibility for our pool. It was quite a mess when i took over two years ago. Our filter and heater failed, the pool was very cloudy and had a layer of calcium on the bottom which was turning black from the algae. After getting multiple bids AquaBella was far and away the best deal. They were highly rated when i did a google search. Instead of trying to sell me a completely new heater they offered to fix the old one which was much more cost effective. Saved us thousands of dollars! After fixing the heater and replacing the filter Rob quickly identified the issue and took the necessary steps to get our pool chemistry under control, a long and difficult process which involved vacuuming up most of the water in the pool. Rob really knows his stuff. Turns out it was the type of chlorine they had us using, calcium based, that was causing a number of issues. I feel completely safe in their care and our pool has been running perfectly for the last 2 years. Our bills are much more reasonable now that we switched to AquaBella and i never feel like they are selling me stuff, only the straight truth. Can't recommend them enough.

They never came out. They ended up having to change the appointment twice. I was disappointed in them. I don't know what happened. I haven't been able to find another company yet. One day it was raining real bad. My Jacuzzi is covered, but the guy said that his person would have to cross out the pump. The next time he was at another house and it took longer. He was going to come to mine next, but it ended up going too long and I guess it was time for the person to get off. I just called them back and told them I didn't want to reschedule again. All these things happened and it just put a bad taste in my mouth. They couldn't give me a direct price of how much it was going to cost. He said that they had to come out and see because I had just bought the house. I asked him how much it would cost for regular maintenance or how much it would cost for them to come and do the initial service and show us what to do. He could not give me a price. He said it depended on how many hours they used and what all they had to do once they got here. I never personally owned a Jacuzzi myself. It's huge. I just wanted them to come and turn it on and show me how to go through the stuff and how to clean it and how to take care of it. That was it. The house is only 5 years old and the previous owner installed it a year ago. I just wanted him to give me the initial set-up and maintenance. I didn't get a price. He responded as soon as things changed. He always did call.
Description of Work: I talked to someone from Aquabella Pool & Spa to give me a quote on regular maintenance for my Jacuzzi.
