All Clear Window And Gutter Cleaning

I contacted this company by requesting an estimate through their website. Chuck responded by email with specific questions regarding the services I had requested to get more details. He responded to my answers with an estimate on the same day. After I decided that I wanted to go with his company, we scheduled him to come out in the next day or so. He arrived on time and got everything done within a couple hours. He also cleared loose debris from our garage roof in addition to cleaning the gutters. (I'm not sure if that's normally included with gutter cleaning, but it was a nice surprise.) Chuck was great to work with and did a great job too. We'll definitely use him in the future.

Chuck came by and looked at the roof and called me with an estimate. I agreed and he came the day he promised and cleaned the gutters, but found one of the downspouts was clogged and broken. The next day he came out and fixed the downspout. Everything went great!

Started by me e-mailing to get a price quote, then he called me to make the appointment. Was able to come that same week, and I was told he would leave a bill so I didn't even have to be home. The price quoted was the price I was billed for.

Outstanding service. Chuck was very responsive during the whole process, from the estimate to the actual repair. He kept me well informed when a problem arose (his usual supplier was out of stock of the color needed), and was honest and forthright. He repaired a leak that he found in addition to the original work and the additional charge was negligible. I highly recommend this company and thank Angie's List, as I never would have found him otherwise.

Perfectly. Chuck answered on my first call, we scheduled an appointment at that moment. They showed up right on time and got to work immediately. We had scheduled for gutter cleaning and the installation of downspout guards only. Chuck recommended the moss related services based on the condition of the roof. I elected to have him perform this service at an additional cost. He also agreed to make a small siding repair where I had requested that he affix a fallen section measuring less than two feet in length at the crest of a 2nd story dormer window with adhesive that I provided. He did this work as well.

When he got up on the roof, he said he didn't want to charge me full price because there was not much accumulation. After he finished sweeping the gutters, he came down and said he did feel right even charging me for the work. I insisted, but he told me it was his gift to me.

He was great - showed up on time and performed the work just as promised. Excellent!

They did an excellent job! Couldn't have been nicer from start to finish. Highly highly recommended!!! Our house is on a slope, so our gutters in the back of the house are actually up 3 stories versus 2 in the front, so we've not been able to clean them ourselves. They gave us a decent quote to clean out the tree debris (and subsequent moss growth) to prevent problems this winter. While they were out, they also offered to close up a vent some birds had decided to nest in all summer, which we had not been able to reach. They also cleaned the bird poop from the bathroom window (beneath the vent). They did it all for an additional $15, which was worth it's weight in gold for us. The birds were noisy and causing a big mess. They were on time, quick, professional and went above and beyond the services we requested. And they were extremely nice and helpful. I only wish they did more services so we could hire them to help with other areas of our house!

The house is townhouse style with 3 decks, a real challenge. Chuck was on time and very pleasant to work with. He did an excellent job. I will hire him in the fall to do my gutters and have him back again to do both inside and outside windows. I loved that he removed his shoes when he came into the house without my asking.

This is the second year we ve had All Clear clean the gutters. Last year we contacted them through sheer luck. They cleaned the gutters and left the place looking so great that we were happy to use them again. As we requested, Chuck contacted us to set up the second appointment. Last year he recommended that we have the moss on the roof taken care of, so we asked to include that. He gave us an estimate. Tom showed up exactly on time a few days later and was able to do the job for slightly less than the phone estimate. He asked if he could cut the pine branches that were touching the roof and needless to say, we said go for it. He cleaned up everything before leaving. We will definitely use them again.

Fabulous! Not only did Chuck clean us up, he repaired some minor problems with our copper gutters at no extra charge. He worked efficiently and, of great importance to me, he treated our landscaping with great respect. I'd hire him again without hesitation.

I was able to reach Chuck easily, because he had a cell phone with him while on another job. After briefly describing my needs, he said he would get back to me later that day to schedule. I really appreciated that he was so easy to reach, and responded back right away. I called a couple of other similar companies, to compare costs, and found that his estimate was very similar to the others. We scheduled for a few days in the future, and he came out and completed the job. He answered all my questions, and gave me some additional information on how to get rid of some alge that was on a few shingles. I would recommend Chuck because he did all the work himself, was easy to reach, and was interested in my becoming a regular customer. I will call him back next year.

Excellent. I called four companies from Angie's List and All Clear was the only one that called me back. Chuck Graver was responsive and willing to help but said he serviced mostly south King County and would need to work me in at a time when he had other jobs in the north end. A few days later he called back to set up a date and was here within 2 weeks. He was pleasant to deal with and arrived right on time. He realized when he saw the job that it was a little more involved than he expected, but he honored his quote. He did the job quickly and thoroughly, and left no debris. I would hire him again any time.

Very good job. Charged $315 for cleaning all windows inside and out (there were a lot of windows), plus $269 for washing the entire exterior of the house with a bleach solution. They worked hard and were easy on carpets, plants, etc. Highly recommended.

They did a really good job fixing the downspout problem. I thought the price for gutter cleaning was a little high.

Chuck and I communicated via email to arrange the date and estimate. While the final price was a bit over the estimate, I feel it was fair, given the amount of debris in the gutters (we have 3 enormous Pines near the house). He verified the final pricing with me before work began, which was greatly appreciated. They were very fast, friendly, and professional -- would definitely enjoy doing business with them again.

We purchased a home which had been empty for over a year and we suspected had been neglected for some time before that. Chuck was quick to return calls, professional, on time and did a WONDERFUL job.
