All Clear Window And Gutter Cleaning

Description of Work: This is the second time I've hired All Clear to clean my gutters. This time they also pressure washed a wood stairway that was mossy and dangerous and they made a requested adjustment to the downspout to divert rainwater that was overflowing the gutter.

Description of Work: Chuck is the BEST. This company does more than clean gutters. We were having trouble with pigeons pooping from an under hang of our roof. They would sit on the gutters under the overhang and poop on the roof below and the gardens. We had another company do some work, but they just did not do it right. We recalled that Chuck does this type of work and called him to come to the rescue. So our knight in shining armor came and immediately knew what needed to be done. He told us how much it would be. He came prepared to do the job, and we told him to go ahead. He put up some plastic bird spikes (better than metal). His crew came out and cleaned the bird poop off of the roof, cement and other parts of the house & took it out of the gutters. His crew has been expertly trained by Chuck to do everything that this company provides and they are held to Chuck's high standards of customer service. We had a some tricky pigeons that decided to take over the gutters, so another call to Chuck and we put the plastic spikes on the gutters that are underneath the roof (perfect roosts). Then we also noticed some of our flashing on our siding was coming loose, so we called Chuck again. Chuck came out and ascertained the problem, came up with the solution, gave us the price, went to the store and got the materials needed and fixed it. Someone else we had come do it did a sloppy job. Chuck saw that it was done right. We also had Chuck look at the gutters to ascertain if they needed cleaning. He was honest to tell us that they were clean and did not need service. He has cleaned them in past years and did an excellent job. So if you have gutters that need cleaning, gutters coming loose, or gutters that need to be sealed, birds getting out of hand....Chuck is the one. He comes with a smile and a can do attitude.

Description of Work: We had two sections of the gutter that were not draining properly. Both were the result of the initial installation. The gutters had long runs and were probably originally installed precisely level. However, over time the center of the runs had settled and water would stand in the gutters instead of draining through the downspouts. Chuck recommended adding a downspout at the low point of one section and caulking the joints between segments on the other.

Description of Work: Chuck was great. Gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled for him to come out and clean my gutters and wash the outside of the windows. Actual cost was lower then the phone quote. Chuck is a hard worker, he was here for 3 hours and does and excellent job with the gutters and really good job on the windows. He took his time and was thorough. He worked by himself. He left the place clean and tidy just the way it was before he came. Asked him to set me up with automatic yearly service, which he said he can do. Am very, very pleased with the price and the work.

Description of Work: Chuck reattached a section of gutter on my second-floor roof that had pulled away from the house, then realigned another section that had sagged and had been leaking badly. He left me with estimates for gutter cleaning, moss removal and window cleaning that seem very reasonable. I plan to have him back for those when the weather's warmer.
