I feel Chuck went the extra mile in the way he re-attached my gutter and I don't think it will detach itself easily. I plan on having them come back to do the moss treatment on my roof. Chuck replied promptly to my email requesting a quote; came in person to look at the job. Provided the quote and a copy of his current inusrance certificate which I had also requested. Due to their current heavy workload, the scheduled appointment was a few weeks out, but that wasn't a priority for us. He and one of his crew showed up promptly on the date and time agreed to. They proceeded to work the entire day with a short lunch break. They scrubbed the roof - no pressure washer; applied the treatment; then cleaned out the gutters and all the debris that blew down into our yard. Last were the exterior windows. Another crew member showed up to assist with the window washing. They were at our home for approximately 6 hours; busily working the entire time! We were very impressed and we are very pleased with the job they did!

Prompt response to request for estimate. Showed up on specified date and time for job. Did some extra work requested while they were here. Great clean up and very professional. Will definitely use again. Price was lower than other estimates.

Chuck, the owner, was in constant contact with me, returning calls promptly if not answering the phone himself. He is pleasant, polite, a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house in order to give us a specific estimate of the work. The worker arrived promptly and finished quickly, completely removing all moss from the roof and debris from the gutters, and cleaning up very well. We were extremely pleased with the work and the cost.

Great. Chuck was so incredibly thorough I felt guilty getting the 10% Angie's List Discount. They spent a great deal of time working on the roof and around the house and even cleaned the back porch and deck when they were done!

I have used Chuck for the third year now. This year, my quote was based on what he charged me last year ($165 including tax). He spent much more time this year because my gutters and downspouts were more clogged. So, even though it was more work, he held to his quote and didn't try to charge me more. He did mention that it would go up next year, which is fine - at least I know ahead of time and can decide then.

He returned my message the same day and was able to squeeze me in 3 days later. the work was done while I was gone and he left the bill (as we discussed). No gunk left in the yard nor around the house. I left the yard waste can out but they seems to have taken the debris with them He even gave me an angie's list discount, sweet!

My original phone call was responded to immediately. A crew was in my area and had an estimate for me that day. The work was done one week later. They arrived when they said they would, perhaps even about 10 minutes early. They were clean, courteous and professional. My house is on the market, so clean up was just as important to me as the job - I couldn't even find a speck of debris on a plant or flower when they were done. I would recommend them to friends and certainly use them again.

My roof was looking really bad and the gutters had so much stuff in it that no only was rain water overflowing before it got to the spout openings but I also had small plants starting to sprout in places (not kidding!). I've been a member of Angie's list for over a year however this was the first time that I used the service to search. All Clear had such great ratings that I felt that this would be a no-brainer to give them a call. I talked to Chuck and he said he'd be at my house the next day, while I was at work, to have a look and provide an estimate. He called me that night and went over what he saw and gave me a very fair estimate for the work that needed to be done. We settled on a day the next week when I'd be home early to check out the work. When I got home there were two guys on the roof just going to town. They were extremely friendly and quite efficient. They cleaned up and bagged everything so well when they were finished that my wife said that "elves must have done it"! I will use All Clear in the future and highly recommend their services.

Chuck was friendly and professional from the start. He came out to provide an estimate and was very informative. We had to reschedule the appointment twice due to heavy rain and Chuck was very apologetic about this. When he was able to come out, he completed the job within a few hours. Chuck was on time and did a great job on our roof and gutters. We are really satisfied with the work. When the job was done everything was clean and the price was fair! We would definitely call Chuck at All Clear again in the future.

I called Chuck on Thursday, he was consulting at our house on Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday.

It went smoothly. They showed up quickly for an estimate. On the workday, about two days later, they were prompt, they had everything they needed to do the job and they cleaned up after they were done.

The experience went extremely well. Contractor found matching gutter material, picked it up, and installed/repaired in a timely manner.

The service was terrific. I called them to get a free estimate. They called back the same day and gave me an estimate. I compared the estimate and called back to schedule the appointment. They were here when they said they would be and they were done when they said they would finish. They did a good job.

My call was responded to within 24 hours and I got a bid 2 days later. We set up the work for the following week at my convenience (they were available earlier but I wasn't). They showed up when they said they would, we discussed the work, including adding on some pressure washing and gutter repairs. I went to work and came home to a sparkling patio and shiny windows! Worth the money, everyone polite, cleaned up. Couldn't be happier
