We had a very positive experience with the two guys from Summit. They were at our house for just under an hour, got the job done for a very reasonable price and were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Summit and will not hesitate to call them again, if needed.

Needed new ignitor for gas WH. Back order finally arrived. Then WH started working. New ignitor excess to my needs. Bought it as backup. Cost was 100% higher than online order would have been. Summit Plumbing did advise me on future work and helped with a plunger on toilet though. Very friendly and knowledgable. Someday I will need replacement WH. I will call Summit for bids.

Summit Plumbing responded to my request for help within a few hours of posting it. Alexa was very polite and helpful with scheduling an appointment. Thad and Richard arrived at the early end of the two-hour window we were given, also very polite. Thad explained in detail what he thought the problems were prior to beginning the work. He got my approval before he started, and gave me the worst-case scenario costs as well. The work was completed very efficiently, and Thad talked it's through the problems and how to avoid them in the future. He was personable and easy to understand. We will definitely use Summit Plumbing in the future.
