Plumber was very helpful but cost was ridiculous.

Thad was great! Came to give us an estimate on some work to be done before a dishwasher could be installed, and ended up staying and do the work and installation!! Cleaned up everything and when he left you wouldn't even know anything had been torn apart!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overpriced, approximately $300 / hour is too much for a plumber.

While this was an emergency situation, the first company I spoke to quoted me $185 just to come out, and that would not be till November. So when Summit agreed to come out the next day and not charge for the quote I was on board. They arrived on time, inspected my leak, and then quoted me $525.00 to repair. I was shocked, the last time this happened it was fixed for $140, but this plumber was not available, when I mentioned this, they said "well maybe we can work something out". In the end with tax it was $406.00. I had a very hard time getting an invoice from them that was clear about the work done. When it finally arrived it was one line that said fixed leak under house $375.00 + tax. When I requested a break down between labor and parts, that took more time, and when I finally got it I found I was charged for 10’ of pipe for a 12” repair. This tubing is sold on rolls of 50’ so it’s not like they had to buy 10’ to make this repair. Their total time at my home was less then one hour. I really felt like they were unprepared for a customer quiestioned them and had to invent line items to justify their huge mark up Hopefully this repair holds.

Showed up on time. Wanted a quote on extending faucet and replace water main from street to house. Immediate problem was a leaking water main. Repaired leak just fine, but never received the quote to replace water main. Bad communications, I suppose. They never called back to offer quote, so I guess they didn't need the business. Won't call them again. Sorry guys, you were friendly and all, but not calling back is no excuse.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. They do a great job and are detail oriented. I'd recommend them to anyone needing quality work.

Thad was great. He did a great job clearing the kitchen drain and put everything back to how it was before he got here. He even cleaned the sink. I will use Summit for all my plumbing needs from now on.
