Tad was prompt, courteous and a fast/clean worker. He went above and beyond getting my two shut off valves for the laundry switched out for new ones. As I am a senior, he did extra work than was contracted and hooked-up my my laundry pair, moved them into place and was so sweet and kind. I can't say enough good things about him or this company. Will hire again and recommend highly!

Contacted right away, was here within the hour. Told us what needed to be done, what would happen in each situation and what the cost would be. Would definitely use them again....

When request was put in for repair to electric hot water heater, received a phone call almost immediately, their technicians where here within an hour and took care of the problem. They explain what they would need to do, what might happen, and what the various costs would be in each situation. Praise Jesus they were able to repair. Would recommend them in a heart beat....

Replaced outdoor faucet, were fast and efficient, showed up on time and were done in and out in an hour.

NO PROBLEMS!

The work was done well and quickly, the man was friendly and very competent. But there are 2 points that I am not happy about. 1. 30 minutes late for first appointment and 40 for the final appointment; I believe we had the first appointments of each of the two days. 2. I believe the price was very high for the amount of work done and the 15 minutes of actual work done.

Hands down, the best, most qualified people I have hired in many years
