I found my plumber.The gentlemen were nice,very knowledgeable, answered all my questions.They did an excellent job.Great people, great service, will hire them for all my plumbing needs!

This company and their employees are professional, friendly and show a strong work ethic. They put down clothes to protect your floors, and clean up everything at the end of the day. They installed a new walk-in shower and new outside faucets. I am so glad I found them!

Summit plumbers are honest, competent, efficient and economical. We are happy to have water in our house again after their broken pipe repair and faucets replacement.

Alexa was great! I would have given them a 5 rating but at times challenging to get a hold of them. I had to follow up with them to obtain my cost estimate. Alexa was very responsive and customer service friendly when she was there. Theyâ re lucky to have her manning the fort. The first two technicians who assessed the project and gave the verbal estimate were very customer service friendly and knowledgeable. They were not the same two technicians who performed the actual repair. The lead technician who replaced the pipe was not as customer service friendly - kind of abrupt. To me he was not friendly to the other technician either, who was customer service friendly. I would certainly consider them again if I have a need for their service.

Prompt and very professional and friendly. Assessed problem and made recommendations then followed through with installation of new water heater immediately. Left the premises in a clean and orderly shape. Had my hot water back same day. Will be using them again for my upcoming bathroom project.

Summit installed my tank less water heater with ease and expediency. The team was knowledgeable and kind. The team was timely and efficient having the job done in about 6 hours. From bid to install was less than a week. I fully trust that they will stand behind their work and I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

What a great work ethic. Started by replacing our kitchen sink and Faucet. Removed all piping under sink/garbage disposal. After that they had to replace the outdoor on/off valve which the pipe was under the sink. After that was done they replace the sink/faucet and garbage disposal. The next item was to remove and replace the toilet. The last item was to remove and replace the bathroom faucet. All work was done with great pride. The work was done in less Four hours. They made sure everything was working and free of leaks. The family owned business was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for all types of pluming repair or install new items.

I input information on HomeAdvisor looking to get an exterior faucet leak repair completed after it was left leaking worse from a failed repair yesterday while i was at the hospital..It was after hours when I arrived home and made the leak discovery. My water had already been off a full day due to another plumbing company's failed repair. Summit Plumbing wouldn't be open until 8am the following morning. What a pleasant surprise to have my phone ring at 7:55am with their scheduler telling me they could be here today between 1-3. Zac and another tech arrived after a calling me to confirm they were 10 minutes away and earlier than scheduled. Of course. Both very professional and pleasant. he reviewed the prior shoddy repair, wasn't derogatory about it , just told me how and what he could do to fix the other attempt , replaced the parts, repaired the leaks and water line, showed me what was done, planned for future repairs if ever needed with the way he did repair and and within 30 minutes the repair was complete, and my water was back on! ThankYou ThankYou ThankYou ThankYou ThankYou !!! I would most certainly recommend Summit Plumbing without any reservations in the least. Best plumbing tradesman I've experienced ever! I appreciate their promptness, courtesy, expertise , workmanship and the cost of the repair. Thank you Zac and helper today getting my plumbing back up and functional in less than a day's time.

I thought a valve was broken. while he could have just changed it out and charged me, he didn't. He just jiggled it and told me it was fine, just caught up on something and not to replace it.

They got me scheduled and fixed my initial job very quickly. While here they pointed out that they thought I might have a leak somewhere in my line. Without that notification, I would not have investigated and it turns out I am losing 450 gallons of water each day. I am so grateful and have rehired them to help fix my leak. They are fast, reliable, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Summit Plumbing!
