We had water leaking into our home after a recent ice storm. Zach with RECLAIM of Washington came highly recommended, as a well-known and highly reputable local business owner. When I reached out to Zach, he carved out time to come assess our situation and complete a thorough evaluation. Immediately we could tell that Zach is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. All our questions were welcomed and he created a calm and reassuring environment. Zach gave us EXACTLY the guidance we needed. It was more than obvious that he truly cares about people and takes his work seriously by providing us with all our options, comprehensive information, and ultimately helping us make well-informed decisions. Services were excellent. They were there when they said they would be there, always friendly, always professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Hopefully I won’t have another leak but if I do, I will definitely go straight to them!

The owner, Zach, came out ASAP for two different courtesy inspections, and helped us navigate repair options without expectation of contracting with his company. He was up front about what needed to be done without selling us gimmicks, and gave lots of good information about mold and keeping my family safe. We were so impressed, we hired his company for work in our kitchen after a water valve leaked. He’s very thorough in explaining the work done, and was able to offer assistance when our insurance adjuster needed information for our claim. His team is quick and professional - we felt our home was in great hands and they care about the work they did. Everyone was wearing masks to lessen the risk of coming in and out of our home during the pandemic. Every time we had a concern or question, Zach was there to assist. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone!

Experiencing significant water damage is stressful enough, but living through this during the COVID-19 quarantine could have been a total disaster. Fortunately, RECLAIM of Washington eased our burden tremendously and made the best out of the worst. They exercised extreme caution and respect for our health and the health of their employees; we felt comfortable having them in our home. Their workmanship was impeccable. The mitigation requirement was extensive and impacted several rooms in our home. Yet, at day’s end, they made sure to leave behind clean, safe, and organized work areas.

This was our first experience with severe water damage to our oak hardwood floors. We did not realize what would be involved to mitigate the problem. From the very beginning of the process we were treated with the utmost of professionalism. We felt confident that the work would be done with excellence because of the vast experience of RECLAIM of Washington. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions every step of the way. They were accommodating to our desires to maintain normal living as much as possible. Because we had to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic during the time of mitigation, extra care was taken by the workers to ensure our protection. Because the restoration phase of the process could not proceed immediately following the mitigation because it was not an emergency, we were provided with a temporary kitchen countertop, sink and running water. All our necessary appliances were returned so that we could use them until our hardwood floor, cabinets and countertops could be restored. Our kitchen contents and furniture from other areas damaged by the water were safely stored in a container on site. Our cabinets and belongings that were not moved into the container were carefully protected from dust or dirt from the mitigation. During the entire process there was exceptional communication and sensitivity to our needs. Fears of possible mold problem in the future were relieved by the thorough treatment and drying process that was performed. We are completely confident in this company and would recommend them to anyone with a water damage claim.

I found Zac and his wife to simply be the best... there to help, in the middle of my disaster. Came home to a broken pipe behind sheet rock, in my finished basement, in the middle of the night, carpeted, ~75% flooded up to 3 inches of water, several inches of snow outside. High quality work, professional, friendly, on time, compassionate (as much as a business can be). I recommend them very highly. Finally, I would say the price will be right and fair.

We have used Reclaim of Washington for two separate mitigation incidents that occurred in our new home. One large incident that required Reclaim to remove flooring, drywall, and carpet in order to dry out the affected areas in the home. Zach and his crews were very proficient and courteous, they kept us informed of amount of damage, mitigation progress, and expected completion date. Zach is very knowledgeable regarding the insurance claims process and provided us with an itemized billing that was accepted by our insurance company without any questions. The professionalism of all employees from Reclaim of Washington is to be commended, from the first time they enter your home, they make you feel comfortable and treat it like it is their own. We have and would continue to recommend Reclaim of Washington to friends and neighbors.

Amazing! Zach from Reclaim of Washington is very knowledgeable, can ***** well, and communicates clearly and respectfully. He was a skilled hard worker who preformed the remediation and water damage process with expertise. He was super considerate of our home and our time. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after!

Attic rafters had too much humidity which had caused some mold to develop. Non toxic mold was identified and tested by third party. I forwarded the results to Reclaim of Washington, after discovering how highly rated they were on the internet. They provided two possible treatment solutions, answered my questions, provided bids, recommended the limited remediation package due to the type of job, and they stayed in contact until project was completed. I would recommend Zachary and his team. Reclaim of Washington were very responsive and professional.

Reclaim of Washington has completed two water damage/mitigation projects for us and we would were very impressed with the overall process. Zachary showed up as scheduled right on time and completed the work within the timeline he advised me it would take. He was very professional, cleaned up the job site, partitioned off different rooms and communicated well.

We woke up one morning to severely water damaged kitchen floor. Water everywhere and our kitchen floor was warped. We contacted our home owners insurance and they recommended Reclaim of Washington. We contacted them and Zach showed up within 2 hours! He fixed the leak in our kitchen sink and had to tear up our kitchen floors as they were too damaged to re-use. He set up fans to dry the water damage so that he could better access the extent. It took a few days for everything to dry out and were pleasantly surprised that it would only cost us around $1300.00 to fix all the damage. We decided to not to make a claim with our insurance due to the inexpensive repair cost. Zach has even called and stopped by over the last couple of months just to make sure we are still happy with his work! He is amazing and I wish all companies were this easy to work with! We would highly recommend Zach Johnson @ Reclaim of Washington for any home needs!
