The fellow who did the actual work (think his name was Brandon- can't find the bill!) was professional and efficient. Both guys were very nice. I really appreciated the fact that they tried hard to do the work without having to penetrate the wall. That was very important to me for a couple of reasons, one of which, of course, is the expense of repairing the damage to the wall. Thank you to these guys. I would hire Trusted Plumbing again. I thought they were fair & did a great job. He even put in a faucet (outdoor) that is so much easier for me to turn. Being a petite older individual, I so much appreciated that he did this. I love using it now because it is so easy compared to my old faucet that maybe would be OK if you were the HULK! Thank you fellas!

First quote was more than double the 1st two quotes, over $700.00 to clear a drain and tighten a faucet...unacceptable. Had to get clearance from boss, down to $475.00. Then, worker left my front door wide open when it was 50 degrees outside, duh? Very stupid and careless. Would not hire again.

The plumber was very courteous and came on time. I hired him to fix the shower drain. At the end of the service, it wasnt fixed fully, but water drained a little better than before, because of other under-lying constructional cause. For a job that wasn't finished fully, I thought the pricing was too high.

Work was terrific and at a fraction of what another plumber estimated for me.

They showed up when promised, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done.

Although they were late, they gave me a $50 credit which covered the late arrival and also covered the minimal charge. They advised me on the leak, which seems to be from a roof vent and helped turn on a cold water tab inadvertently turned off in our refrigerator. There was no charge for the extra tasks!

Trusted Plumbing and Heating Company rescued me. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I needed adfitional work done outside of installing a water heater and the technician was able to provide a trusted resource. This made the job go really smoothly and in a timely manner. I will keep them in my phonebook for future references.

Jim was on time. He explained what the problem was-roots! He and an associate came the next day and fixed the problem. Replaced part of line and installed a new outside access point. Fantastic clean up. Price a bit high but exceptional quality of work. I would hire them again.
