They came same day. Install was a little challenging due to issues with taking out old water heater. Daniel stuck with it and got it done.

They can forget to communicate but they are very fair and willing to make up w problems or mistakes if they make some in communicating about their work. I did appreciate the owner concern about my remarks and his willingness to correct it on their side. Once again, very fair from them. Showing they care about customers not feeling about unhappy with relation w them. Still in business with them then !

Jim’s investigation of my plumbing problem was excellent and resulted in a perfect repair of a major issue.

I had a mixed experience with Trusted Plumbing. They were really good about responding to my emergency situation and I know they tried to solve my problem. My issue is that they misdiagnosed the problem and I believe should have been able to solve the issue without me having to call another plumber.

We had anticipated a major repair for an outside facet. Dylan suggested a simple , inexpensive solution that worked. In addition, we needed a bathroom facet repair. We were allowed to order our parts directly from Kohler as the were free with lifetime warranty. That saved us more money. We were impressed by Dylan's knowledge and friendliness. Good job!
