They kept me updated on the status of the technician arrival to my home.

This company lives up to its name. They came on time, was helpful and honest.while they could not fix my dishwasher problem. They were able to eliminate that it was not my garbage disposal.

These folks reached out promptly, asked me questions to determine the extent of our situation and what solutions that I had tried, then sent a technician to correct our plumbing problem. There were complications with our old plumbing. The whole system was affected. We were able to clear the blockage but it took some time. All of the way through the plumber had a positive attitude and willingness to do what had to be done to fix our home. It s pretty unpleasant to have every end of your septic system open, both inside and outside the house. There were system design flaws that had to be corrected which hindered the process. Our plumber Grant was great and got it fixed

Great techs, reliable, reasonable, and does great work.

First thing I will say is that they fixed the job. However, they were done in just under 50 minutes and the cost was $1500! I guess a need to become a Plumber. When I questioned the Plumber on the price, he said it was a flat rate regardless of the time spent. When I rang their office to question the bill, they said they would call me back the next day after they had spoken to the Plumber. Of course, nobody has called me back. Do yourself a favor and use someone else, do not be ripped off like I was.

Due to their lack of follow through and professionalism my finished basement flooded. When I called them not only were they completely unhelpful they very sarcastically said **good luck buddy** and laughed. There are several other quality plumbers out there, choose wisely.

Quick and good at what they do

They assured me that they would use ground cover to contain there dirt from landscaping rocks and bark. Took me two days to clean up and expense for new bark and rock. Cost me two trips from sprinkler service due to clogged valves where they exposed sprinkler line.

Had my water main split and started leaking heavily enough into the drive way that I had to turn the water off at the meter. James with Trusted Plumbing & Heating showed up midday and laid out my options and the price, which was inline with other quotes I had gotten that day. They were able to start work right away and estimated it would take the rest of the day and some of the following day. To help us over night James offered to get a temp setup in place so the house had water for the evening. End up that wasn't needed since things happened to line up such that they were able to get the new line ran and hooked up between the end of the day. They were able to use a trench-less method to get the line ran and there was minimal damage to my lawn. Vary happy that between Trusted Plumbing & Heating and HomeAdvisor I was able to get my broke water main issue resolved in under 24 hours.

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly identified all issues and performed repairs. Slight sticker shock at plumbing costs in general, but we were entirely satisfied with the prompt resolution of our problem.

Had a broken pipe they fixed it quickly. Earlier used another plumber who patched the pipe which failed later . Trusted Plumbing ran a new pipe for less money.

It was more costly than anticipated. But they arrived when they said they would and handled a small problem without inconveniencing me.

The young man who came out was professional and quick. He fixed my plug in minutes and price was below others. I only had to pay for the basic home visit and was given and Veterans discount! I will use this company again and they will remain on my list of who to call for problems =. Thanks Tanner

A woman gave me a reasonable estimate, a standard price, for replacing my water heater over the phone! They installed it the next morning. Also gave me estimates for some other jobs I am considering. Nice guys. Good work.
