They installed an ADA toilet and performed minor faucet and stopper repairs to complete satisfaction.

I later found similar and more quality water heaters for around $600-$800 - so essentially I paid $500-$600 for an hour of them installing the heater that was on their truck - don't get me wrong...they did a good job and were professional - I feel however this was way overpriced.....they were also almost two hours late - but friendly

This was a sink and faucet replacement as well as upgrading plastic water lines and fixtures to faucet with metal. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and will have them back for future projects. Thanks for all your help!! :)

There was a mix up in the days but they were happy to reschedule, and promptly came the next morning.

Repaired a leaking outside faucet (minor repair) and replaced a leaking street to home waterline (major repair). They were prompt, efficient and professional, friendly and easy to deal with but rather expensive.

Parts not in stock, so had to reschedule, service call included and temp solution provided at no charge.

There was a misunderstanding about the invoice vs. the estimate. Their "invoice" included their traveling time, which I wish I had known... I could have found someone closer to my home. But their service, the repair work and and customer service, were excellent. It cost way more than I expected but over all, I am glad that I hired them. Especially after the recent storm, it proved they did a great job!!

This company was hired** for a replacement of just two pipe complement/joint parts, made out of plastic PVC, underneath a sink. The service person was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Imagine our unpleasant surprise when we were to pay a total amounting to several hundreds of dollars for such a quick, simple repair. They didn't even bother with a properly itemized invoice first. In addition, some of the contact information was posted incorrectly on their website (I do hope they fixed it by now after I told them), and the (trade?) license number listed as part of their official business heading is so small and almost illegible on the invoice/bill. Moreover, no business license number was listed on that paper received or their website, so I took the pains to go through the local** government to get those numbers myself. After some exchange of communications across various channels such as over the phone and emails a good amount of time, this company explained away their practices mainly on account of being a "Flat rate company." I certainly did NOT appreciate age-ist and sexist/misogynist-tinged comments from their business personnel including but not limited to owner Mr. Jim/James Cunningham himself. After consulting few other local professionals in this service/industry, it rather feels like** this business is clearly pushing stuff on and overcharging unknowing customers and getting away with it. I/my reviews do not seem to be alone, as** echoed by several other reviews I have now seen and read across various review sites. So we would recommend prospective customers to be aware and be careful. ** May 2017 corrections and clarifications [May 2017 EDIT] Instead of trying to "hush up" truthful albeit reviews they don't like, perhaps Trusted Heating Plumbing would do better to re-examine its policies, rates, and etc. in order to figure out just HOW to REMEDY their wrongs and IMPROVE. No amount of their justifications on account of the type of company and the way they do things makes that acceptable and professional. This only further ruins my experience as a customer with them.

This cost us twice what we hoped to pay. We were hoping to buy a sink, faucet, and disposal and get it installed for $1000 or less. We paid $600 for the parts and spent $1400 on installation!

It was some what spendy, but most plumbers are. I thought they were knowledgeable and professional but felt they were pushing other services on me.

Leaking water pipe in attic fixed. They arrived on time after a one day reschedule. Took only one hour. Also fixed sink drain pipe. Good Job!

Punctual and courteous. I had a couple plumbing jobs; wanted to change trim kit in shower and had a toilet leak. Unfortunately in order to change the trim kit, would have had to blow a whole in the wall to change some pipes -- I wasn't doing that. They did try to swap the trim kit with a couple adjustments but unfortunately it would not work. They did repair the leaking toilet and attached a handheld shower head. They were very neat.

Our well stopped working entirely this morning. They came right out, replaced the pump and pressure tank, and by end of day, we could flush a John and brush our teeth. What a deal! The guys were great. Thank you, Home Advisor!

I had Trusted Plumbing replace an outdoor frost free faucet. They did the work quickly and correctly. I had Apollo Plumbing come out previously, but they did not correctly diagnose or fix the problem. Apollo Plumbing's work was shoddy and unprofessional. I recommend Trusted Plumbing and wish I had went with them first.

On time, no hidden costs, protected our wooden floors leading to the work area and left the area clean

James showed up on time, went right to work. He had to cut a hole in my siding to replace the exterior faucet, but did a fine job cutting and replacing the sawn sections. James was friendly and efficient. The overall cost was reasonable and within the range I expected. I am very pleased with the finished work. I will be a repeat customer for other plumbing work.

I prefer dealing with a family-owned and local business so happy to give this company my business. James was quite thorough in his explanation of work required and timing. However I would have preferred an itemization of the charges. Overall I give this firm an A+ rating.
