This company committed to a repair window for an emergency repair, and then called back an hour before close of business to advise they wouldn't be coming until the next day. The next day they came (2 1/2 hrs late) made some adjustments and claimed to be fixed. The next day the water heater broke again and we are using another company. This was a terribly frustrating experience.

Were at my house for 1 hour and on hold with a trouble shooter, who was useless, for 35 minutes of that hour. To their benefit I did get hot water, but that evening it was gone again. Called different company.

This place is really expensive! Coming out to simply change the toilet handle... I had to cough up $380!

They charged over $1,800 to disconnect two sinks and then return to re-install them after we installed granite countertops. I thought their fees were outrageous, even for a plumber. I know that this profession varies greatly and that over-charging is very very common. I will never use this company again. I'd sure like to find a plumber that does good work at a reasonable cost. I manage a real estate company that does renovations. I could send them 5 or 10 jobs a month. It's very sad really. Aren't there any honest plumbers out there?

Very professional they were on time and let me know exactly what was the issue and how they could fix quickly.

Figured out we had a broken sewer pipe under the house. 2 other plumbers were here to asses situation and they had not figured it out.

They called and asked if they could come early, as they had a morning cancellation. Much nicer than companies that are late. Work was great; only thing I am dinging them on there is the electrical conduit was split. Not by them, but I thought it was something they should have brought up. Customer service was perfect - they told me what needed be known, and acted on it. Value for the money is the only thing I can say was a bit underwhelming. The labor is a bit much, as my install was very straightforward, as it was replacing an existing heater. Still, I agreed to the price so I can't really complain. Just felt it could have been a bit lower.

They were late but it wasn't really a problem.

Our job was small. They arrived early, gave us an estimate, said they could do the job immediately and did. They were done in 30 minutes.

They actually showed up early which was fine for us.

He charged WAY too much for the work he did.
