Plumbers are some of the most expensive contractors out there. Only electricians charge more. $150 an hour seems excessive to me to stop a minor sink drain leak. They did a great job though and had an opening pretty quickly when I called. i gave them a one week window and they were out there in 2 days.

They were very prompt and good on customer service and the work they did was fine. My problem was that they charged 850 for a two hour job. They told me ahead of time it was going to be that expensive but I needed it done and had no time to shop them. I don't mind paying a premium but that is outrageous. When I asked them about it they told me they used the rate book that all plumbers use. I felt it was ridiculous and they didn't offer to do anything about it. I will say the customer service was very good.

I was super impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Would use them for other plumbing projects in the future. Cleaned roots out of my drains that were causing basement flooding. Used a camera and found them then rootered them out! Job well done!

The job was a water main replacement. They set us up with temporary service until the permanent solution could be completed.

I had a broken water line in my barn, chewed by rodents until it leaked. Trusted Plumbing located the leak, removed a small section of the floor and replaced the damaged pipe. They also removed the old water heater and took it away for me. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I'll be keeping their card for any future plumbing needs.

I had a broken pipe. Trusted Plumbing came out immediately, surveyed the damage, gave me an estimate, stopped the leak and scheduled to do the repair. The repair was professionally done in a timely manner. I would recommend Trusted Plumbing and Jim Cunningham .

Although we did not get off to a good start because Jim did not call me back in a timely manner after completing his site visit to assess the situation, once he did call me back, he was very responsive. I'm not rating all 5's because I had to wait about 5 days before he could start work. I had a serious flooding problem in my finished basement that I needed taken care of immediately or else I was at risk of another flood if we had more heavy rain.
