Not the lowest bid , but I had a good feeling after initial estimate walk throughâ ¦Fast, efficient, safe, thorough, & clean! Well worth the extra $$! Most other vendors offered to chase roots they could seeâ ¦. These guys chased, found, and eliminated everything larger than a pencil!

Made one of the best bids. Got here on time. Very thorough. Was impressed with their safety precautions. Protected nearby property from flying wood chips and kept area clean.

Not reliable and inconsiderate. They seemed nice enough but showed up 3 hours late and said they had machine problems, so we rescheduled for the next day. Texts me the following day with a personal problem (someone broke into their truck) that will cause them to be late. NO SHOW and they finally get back to me after several days and double the price?! I wish they had told me at the start instead of me losing two days and canceling another contractor because these guys said they could do it the following day.

The person who showed up was very kind and removed the requested trunk. However, in the process, made the unfortunate error of running the machine into our fence. Mistakes happen, so we were promised it would be fixed. However they did not follow through on this promise and we even had to haggle just to get reimbursed for the lumber we had to buy to fix our own fence. I highly suggest you find someone else to remove your tree(s), working with this owner told me a lot about the integrity of the company- and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had more than one bidder, and Pacific Coast Stump Grinding did what I requested and a little more. One key was the depth of stump and root removal and they met my expectations and more. Nice folks to deal with.

Very professional and neat, went above and beyond to grind my stump in the middle of my yard and cleared all roots within, made it through a very tight space without any damages. Neil is a very polite young man came out to give me a quote the same day and got the job done the same day. Will recommend this company to my family and friends!

Quick call after initial job request. Came onsite same day for a quote. Price was within my expected range and budget. 2.5-3ft diameter cedar stump was removed fairly quickly including most of the roots. However, two other smaller stumps were not completely removed as quoted because of a retaining wall. Was advised to use a chainsaw. One free standing fence post was knocked over as their machine was a bit too large for the area between the fence line and house. I'm sure this wouldn't have been an issue if there was more clear space around the stumps. I would recommend this company, just wished they had removed more of the smaller stumps which were reduced but part of them are too close to a retaining wall.
