J&J Stump Grinding

After we booked them for the job, I received messages confirming my appointment for a different time and date. I called them immediately to clear it up. The owners didn't seem to be talking to each other. This is a small business and I would think they should be all on the same page. Otherwise when they di show on the scheduled date and time, the work was done quickly and I have no complaint regarding the job they accomplished.

I contacted them and got a bid. They came out the day before and confirmed what was to be done and the price. They came completed the job as promised. I would definitely recommend J & J Stump Grinding to my friends and neighbors.

Sam, who did the work, was great. Overall communications could use improvement, however.

We were impressed with their efficiency. They were careful not to damage surrounding plants. They figured out ways to get their machine into and out of cramped quarters. They did a good job of cleaning up.

Great job! Sam arrived right on time and got the job done right away! It was a bit tricky getting into my yard but Sam made it happen and took care to avoid my fence and other plants surrounding the stumps. He was AWESOME!! He filled in the holes and cleaned up any residual dirt that was around. Thanks guys! i will be hiring you again in the future!

Got the job done right away. The stump was located in a tight spot in our yard and Sam took care to avoid our sprinkler system, fencing, and damage to the lawn. He was awesome! Good clean up after too. We were very pleased.

They arrived late, but did a good job on stump grinding. They cleaned up the area and were able to take on a job my neighbor needed to have done.
