Twice they have come to correct the mechanical errors on our elevator that was installed by Med Systems dba Adaptive Installations.  Fortunately, we have Olympic to correct the existing errors of the installer, and they come as soon as possible when the elevator fails. Our architect, Mack Pearl, Bainbridge Island, should have used Olympic for the installation.

Our elevator was stuck below the landing. This is the second company that we called to come out and have a look at the elevator. Tech performed a reset which had been also done by first company and then tested to see if it was running properly. He told me it might get stuck again. He promised to look into the manufacturer recall and find out how to perform the programming on our elevator so that it would no longer get stuck below the landing. He took a copy of the recall letter that I had. He never called me back. Three weeks went by and I called and left several messages. In the meanwhile I got a bill  for $252.81 from them. I paid the bill even though my elevator was now once again stuck below the landing. So, basically I paid for nothing. Finally found a company that followed through on the recall and fixed my elevator correctly. It has been running fine ever since. I would not recommend this company at all.

They were able to schedule the appointment soon after I called.  They were very prompt and professional, and the elevator has been working great!  I will definitely use them again.

Their service technician was very professional, quick and through. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and did a full maintenance service on the elevator. He only charged us for the maintenance service, even though it took some time for him to diagnose the problem that was causing the elevator to stop and to fix that problem. we were very pleased with the service.

I couldn't be happier with the job Olympic Elevator did at my parents' house. We were under a very tight deadline (about three weeks) to get my parents' house accessible. I met with two different vendors (the offered free in-home estimates) and Olympic's pricing and availability was the better option. They hold inventory on-hand in their warehouse, so that allowed for a very quick turnaround to get the job done well and fast and enabled my parents to be moved back into their home within just a matter of weeks.

Dan (as well as everyone I met on his team) was extremely professional, responsive and considerate. I highly recommend.

They are good. They came out a couple of times. They are pretty responsive. We had some problems and they serviced it. Last Friday, they came and fixed something. The cost was almost $3,000 I think because they needed a new part.

It was so nice to work with such a professional person as John Ballew. I would definitely call John for a yearly mechanical servicing and would highly recommend the Olympic Elevator Company to anyone in need of this service.

This company is very professional and they knew what they were doing. They informed us on how to maintain our elevator in the future.

Not much to tell above and beyond what was said above. It was hard to decipher what the actual problem was, and it ended up being "leaking gears". It works perfectly now.

This kind of customer service is extraordinary these days. Their regular hourly rate is competitive with other elevator companies, but I doubt any of the others offer this kind of service.
