Tyler was here as promised. He did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and even cleaned the exterior of my gutters which was a bonus. He also treated the moss on my roof as an added bonus! He is so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use his services again and have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Tyler was great to work with. Prompt follow up. Worked hard and cleaned up our roof REALLY well. Cleaned up after himself. Went out of his way to protect our flowers on the deck. Thorough moss treatment to avoid moss regrowth for a couple years. Overall rating of 4.0 only because he was late to start. Glad he emailed me ahead to let me know an emergency came up. Only additional suggestion is to let customer know what range of time to complete the job will be needed (I had to cancel visits to patients because job went later than I expected). I would still definitely contract with Exterior Shine again.

Tyler was very easy to work with and we set up the project quickly. he spent the better part of a day cleaning our roof and did a very good job. I thought I would have to clean up everything that came off the roof but he cleaned off my deck and sidewalks when finished. he even cleaned the pine needles off my car which was parked alongside the garage. Tyler was fantastic! He cleaned the roof without using a pressure washer which is much better for the roofing, cleaned out the gutters and downspouts and I asked for an additional service which was to clean the outside of the gutters which were really in bad shape dirt wise! He got them so clean they almost look like new I couldn't believe it. He cleaned up and there was no mess at all! He has a great work ethic and really cares about the job he does. This was a very labor intensive job and I will definitely hire him back to keep the gutters and roof looking great! You won't be disappointed!
