Even though it is hard to swallow a 1200 dollar bill for what could have been a 199 dollar visit, I appreciated the professionalism of the technician and totally understood why I needed the work I had done on my furnace.

They were very detailed and knowledgeable. They were also the ONLY company to tell me that I can not place the outdoor unit where I panned it because it will violate building codes. Everyone else would have placed it next to my fence and if my neighbor would have complained. I would have to remove everything. They were on time and worked long hours to get it all done in one day. The follow up was also great. they were by far not the cheapest company, but I believe you get what you pay for and I am sure I got the best.

We needed to install air conditioning in our guest house. I waited until the last minute as our company was arriving in just a few days. I contacted Bel-Red Energy on a Wednesday in August 2019, prior to our guests arrival, and they had a representative come out that same day. Provided me with an estimate on the spot. Signed an online agreement. I kid you not, they had their technicians arrive early on the next day (Thursday) and within 24 hours they had the ductless air conditioner installed! The technician came, did diagnostics, tweaked the hub-seal and tightened the fitting. 3 hrs later, I came home and discovered water spurting out, called Bel-Red and Eric returned within 3 hours and replaced the failed vacuum seal, etc. All was good. I am satisfied.

This company has great people working for them. The phone contacts I had with BelRed were attentive and respectful and always informed. The technician was a great guy....really nice, knowledgeable, quick and concerned. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

I hired this pro for the repair of my furnace in my rental property. The tenants currently has heat (YAY), but he expressed to them that a sequencer is required. I request a call back in reference to this statement and I'm still waiting, I guess the part wasn't necessary.. says the chick who went to school for electronic engineering.
