The job (which also included a heat pump install) was done promptly and professionally. The price was good and I feel I got quality products and will have good service moving forward. I had a question about the new control panel and they sent a technician the same day to help me, and he took time to explain to me how to best optimize my settings for cost savings on my bills for the different seasons. Highly recommend!

Michael gave us all our options and was very competitive on total price. To top it all off threw in the first years service contract for free. We also took advantage of no interest for 18 months.

He came out told us our blower was bad and we should replace our unit which would be about a 5000.00 job, We had a different company come out and they told us that there was nothing wrong with the blower. This does not leave a good feeling.

The project was to inspect a ductless heating and air system. The customer service rep was on time and very conscientious and courteous. He thoroughly cleaned the head unit and showed and explained to me what he was doing and why. He explained that there could be different causes for my particular problem and set out to remedy the most common. I will definitely hire again!

customer service was outstanding from every member that came to install my furnace and heat-pump. It took longer than was expected but they did have some challenges with the duct work that took some extra time. They were very nice guys, polite and really cared that i was happy with every step.

Doug and his crew arrived on time, reviewed with me the job they were going to do, and then got right to work. They worked quickly and quietly (just the usual drilling, hammering, etc). They treated my home with respect, cleaning up the work area when they got done. When the installation was finished, Doug showed me how to change the electronic air cleaner, how the thermostat works, and all the paperwork that came with the installed equipment. I am very satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the installation work.

They clearly do very thorough and quality work, but there is a lot of upsell. They will try to sell extra services to you.

The work was professionally done with workers that were knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up the job site after they were finished. They went over everything they did and why they did it, they answered all of my questions throughout the process. I am very pleased with their work.

They were responsive and comported themselves professionally. 15 minutes later they determined they could not diagnose or repair my HVAC. They put things back to where they were and departed.
