Joel did a great job, above and beyond expectation. He was kind enough to power wash ALL the concrete, even the driveway, which had been tough job to get the moss off of it. The new step in the back is wonderful and the other flat repairs look great. Joel did a great job with the overlay, stain, and urethane coatings. He did everything as he stated he would. He was honest about what he could do and asked me questions along the way to make sure that I was getting what I asked for.

My concrete patio was concave and had a lot of water and mud sitting in the middle everytime it rained. Cecil Bell Consulting Northwest did an overlay instead of replacing the concrete. It is now levelled and water resistant. I was able to pick my color and design. My wife and I love it. The work done was first class.
